Is Aveda priced higher compared to other salons? Maybe. Do I love getting a bargain sometimes? Sure. Do you often get what you pay for? Yes!! Do I always get FANTASTIC service at Panache Aveda? Definitely! I steered away from Aveda for a couple of years after being a client for 7+ years (I moved to a new area and tried a friend). While I loved the way my friend did my color, no matter how many different brands of color he used...my hair was dry, brittle and eventually started to break!I switched back to Aveda (services and products) a few months ago and I am soooo happy I did! My hair is back healthy and shiny again.The Color Specialist I see is Casey. She listens to me, gives great suggestions and gives me the EXACT results I want. I trust her so much, I even brought my Little in to see her! From the amazing techniques to the relaxing hand massage and scalp massage, this place knows how to keep a client!

Salon called to cancel to my service 6 hours before my appointment, the hairstylist was running behind. I understand if a stylist gets into a color project and knows 2-3 hours before that they will run behind, but almost 6 hours before makes me think they didn't take consideration to look at their schedule days before. The receptionist offered other salons to call, being such short notice they were not available. This was a special occasion and I was really looking forward to my service. Would be weary of booking if you schedule an appointment and it is something you are needing day of.

This salon is warm and friendly. Elizabeth Blaire took time to listen to my hair goals and made me feel like I was her most important client of the day.

I've been going to this location for years. I've always been very satisfied. The new look is great since Frangipani purchased it. Very professional. They take very good care of you. Mikole is the best!!!

Love Panache! I'm a repeat customer of Danielle at Panache. Her experience with curly hair is well demonstrated every time she styles my hair and my moms. The lobby is well stocked with aromatic Aveda products and advertisements for services. I have had a few scheduling issues with the front desk (That's why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5.) that I wish were resolved more professionally, but I highly recommend Panache.

Charged extra for styling after drying. Stylist curled hair and charged more. A client should know that it will be extra. First time visit and last.

After much deliberation I decided to make my review of this place public. First, let me say that I sent a private email to this salon sharing my negative experience. My email was professional, explaining that I just wanted management to be aware of my situation so that other customers won't have the same experience as me. Instead of sending me an apology, the salon sent me an ad for their split end conditioning treatment, for a special introductory price of $75. Thanks, but no thanks!My bad hair experience started when I set up an appointment for balayage color. I was told that a more experienced stylist would have to do my hair for this type of color, resulting in an increase in price. I had no problem with that. Once my stylist started my color, I realized that she had been out of hair school less than a year. Again, I trusted their judgment with pairing me with this stylist. 5 hours and over $300 later, I ended up with tangled, damaged hair. My hair was so damaged, I had to get close to 3 inches cut off and that still didn't remove all of my fried, damaged hair! Let me be clear and honest with my review. No I didn't call the salon back immediately to report the problem. One, I wasn't comfortable with doing so and two, I by no means wanted them to think I was trying to get something for free. I only decided to post this review AFTER their unprofessional, sarcastic response to my email. In lieu of at least a simple, "I'm sorry you had a bad experience" they had the audacity to respond with an ad for a damaged hair treatment special of $75. No thank you! This so called "high end" arrogant salon is over rated.

We've started going to Belle ciel salon recently and Grace has been amazing with our girls and now myself. She's always so kind and amazing with our girls. They offer you a drink or snack while visiting and I love the shampoos that they have.

Great place! Excellent service and reasonably priced. Grace was my stylist and did a wonderful job on layering my curly hair and styled it so beautifully. I've been looking for a stylist for over two years and so glad I have now found Grace at Frangipani and I will definitely return for my next haircut
