Beaches Jet Set Pets

I brought my dog here and she came home very happy and clean! I also wanted to acknowledge one of the attentive and thoughtful members, Mary! She was so kind and made sure my little fur baby enjoyed their doggy spa day!

I am very picky with my German Shepard. She does require constant water, attention, exercise, food, etc. I have dropped her off at 5 places in Jax, this is my 6th and final. They provide everything my dog needs. I'm really happy to leave her there (even though I know she wants to go with me lol) Staff is also very friendly and remembers the owners. Before I even walked in they had Athena packed up. I won't be going anywhere else. These folks deserve a big tip and I'll be giving them one at my next visit!!

We can't say enough positive things about Jet Set Pets. Our Aussiedoodle is always well taken care of and the report cards they send daily with pictures and updates about her behavior are greatly appreciated.

Jason, Chanin and Kendall are the best trainers! They work with each dogs personality and adjust their training as needed to either build drive or to settle a dog down in certain situations. Positive upbeat and excellent!

Google won't post this review for some reason, but Jet Set U deserves 5 stars.We finished our post training lessons after booking our pooches for a board and train off leash program at Jet Sets U. What a great time it has been! We have two young dogs that needed a little extra training. We had been thinking about doing the training for a bit before deciding to move forward with it. Some of our reservations on doing the training were that we didn't know their experience with terriers and their temperaments, and we didn't know how often they dealt with small breeds. Most of their online presence showed a lot of larger breeds.We met with staff and went back and forth on moving forward with the camp. What ultimately made our decision were a couple of things. We use Jet Sets for boarding, and fully trust their staff, and we ended up seeing a small breed going through their training in one of their online posts. These things helped make our decision for us, and we're so glad that we did it! For all of you small breed owners, yes, they do work with small breeds!Thanks, Shantel and Chanin, for all of your work with Rogi and Schatzi!!!

Jet Set University was the best thing we did for our dog and ourselves! Our dog came home happy, healthy and obedient! This dog is new dog! He listens and everyone around us is happy! Best training place ever. The staff was kind, caring. The weekly reports were detailed and I felt like I was on the training journey every step of the way while being at home. Thank you so much for changing all of our lives!

The employees are very polite. I have used their boarding services several times and each and every time I have had a positive experience. The daily updates they share showing you how much fun your dog is having is very appreciated.

I don't usually leave reviews. Mostly, because I feel like it can be a waste of energy, but, the condition my puppy came back to me was unacceptable. My puppy boarded with JetSet for a week and they made it seem like everything was great with the report cards they sent out daily, which is great. I went to pick her up and was really shocked to see she had a severe rash with lesions across her abdomen (was not notified about this at all) and she came home with severe diharrea (which they did not notify me of either) and when I called to ask if they had noticed the rash or diharrea, they said they hadn't. Which there is no way that's possible because some of the lesions on her stomach were already healing in some spots. I understand that things happen, especially with young puppies. My parents have boarded their older dogs here without issue before, but, maybe not the best place to leave your puppies needing the extra attention. I also had been planning to get my dog board trained here. We had gone to a few private training lessons before deciding that board training would be a great next step for my puppy. Chanin had told me that they could train without the use of an e-collar (shock collar) because that was my only real hesitation with the board train program. I show up to drop my puppy off with everything for her packed to be told that there is no way they would be able to train my puppy without an e-collar. I said that wouldn't be acceptable and they never called me back never followed up about the confusion or anything. I still have $400 dollars in credit for private classes that I was told was going to be credited towards the board and train program that I have not received. It's a nice facility and I'm bummed my experience was negative. I really wanted to have a good place to take my dog at the beaches but the lack of professionalism is a deal breaker for me.

Awful service. Don't come to this place. The dogs could run this place. They do not act like they've had thousands of dollars of training.

This was the first time we had boarded our dog Serenity. She loved it there the staff was very good at caring , playing, showing her love and just treating her as if she was their own . They post a report everyday with pictures so you you know how well thinks are doing with you dog. We will be bringing her back again for sure. Great facility. Thank you Jet Pets,Ray and Joan
