Best homemade candles! This one had rosemary, sage and star anise. It also had some beautiful gems on the top.

Cute little outdoor market with a small variety of vendors and great live music at Penman Park right off of Penman Road. Picked up some raw honey from Prema, yummy baked goods from Ferra Bakery, and veg. l also sampled delicious pico from Tex Jax Foods (available at Native Sun). Loving the plants and orchids, and in the future I'll grab beef from Florida Premium and eggs from Happy Dragon Homestead - the only farm in the area w organic chickens and organic eggs. Market has some shaded parts so wasn't too hot.

This location has changed to 321 Penman Rd, JAX, 32250. This is a small, weekly farmers market but a few things make it worth it...1) Dan the plant guy! Full of knowledge. So friendly and helpful. For $2 each we bought a Japanese egg plant, basil and jalepeno plant and learned a ton about Florida gardening! So helpful!2) the bread stand! Yum! We tried the cannoli - yum, and garlic Rosemary bread. 3) local honey! Plus more options to try (we'll go back again in the future) like high-end meats, beautiful flowers, art/crafts, cbd, and local coffee roasters. It's a bit pricey here, but vendors and nice and worth the trip. I wish the hours were longer (like starting 930-230) and I wish there were more vegetable vendors.

We accidentally passed right by this market and drove around the block as I oh-oh'd about it and boy am I happy we did! They had several booths of local fare- orchids, succulents, other plant shops, natural skincare and soaps, candles, macramé, veggie stands and a couple of food trucks (Perogies- next time!). I spent a small fortune on skincare, honey, candles, catnip and pickles- all from different vendors. I love love love shopping small businesses and local~ so this was a huge win. I also know not all outdoor markets are created equal- so this was refreshing to find so much fun stuff in one place! I highly recommend you checking them out on Saturdays!

Was very disappointed as this was recommended to me. My 1 is due to it only having one vendor with fresh produce. To me it was more a craft market- soap, plants, trinkets and craft vendors. I did see a someone selling: bakery treats, honey and bread...but again I went for Fresh local produce! The one vender had a long line and we decided it wasn't worth waiting in line for.

We just happened to be in this area for a friends housewarming and saw this market right off 3rd Street so had to stop in and see what they have! A bunch of fresh fruits and veggies- looked great, as someone mentioned earlier these are all home grown stuff tooSoap and beauty stuff- I got some goat's milk soap that the girl makes with the milk from her own goats, I thought that was pretty cool and can't wait to try itLocal honey- love, love, local wildflower honeyFresh baked goods- oh I love breads! Pastries, calzones, spinach/ veggie pies, rolls, loafs....I got a little of everything...they were all wonderful! My favorite was a sausage and cheese rolled pastry that was very similar to Turkish borek which was so delicious!!! I wish I would have bought more! All in all, kinda small but definitely worth a stop in!

This is a really great small farmers market. I'm new to the area and was looking for farmers markets where I could buy fresh produce. Although it is really small, the selection was well worth the trip. Check out the Eat Your Yard Jax guy, he's great!

First of all, I like the fact this is a later market. I'm not much of a morning person plus the drive is quite a trek from Murray Hill. This market set up is actually my favorite kind: quaint, neighborhood friendly, local vendors with mainly produce or plants the grower grows himself. No crafts & knick knacks, no loud music, minimal fast food vendors and everything just at a smaller, pleasant scale. I actually love this little market. It has a different vibe than RAM and is definitely more intimate than Beaver Street's. The vendors here are friendly and engaging. My last visit a vendor was selling a whole big tray of live organic microgreens for just $10. I thought that was terrific. And another vendor had a great selection of plants for sale at competitive prices. If you're like me, you will definitely want to bring cash with you. I try to bring between $40-60 cash just in case I just have to have something or want to grab a snack there. If you're buying a lot, most vendors will work with you price-wise if you ask. However, most of the products offered are already reasonably priced. I would come here more often if I lived closer for sure.

The truest green market between Orlando and the Georgia line. How lucky we are to have it right here in our backyard but definately worth a drive for anyone out of area. Every time I go, there is consistent true seasonal produce where you can meet the actual farmer behind the booth and all the artists (soap, tea, pet treats, and even natural bug spray) actually make all their own stuff and can answer any question you might have regarding ingredients, etc. I hear the market has some strict management and that has preserved the authentic farmer market environment I have found nowhere else on the Florida N.E.Coast.I find I am able to do all my grocery shopping for the week here, except for buying milk or other dairy. Granted, I may spend a bit more money buying local & organic/natural but the difference in taste and quality is oh-so-worth it for my family. Variety here is great. This past week I bought amazing strawberries, locally grown blueberries, organic pea shoots, cucumbers, paty pan squash, a basil plant, handmade coconut macaroons, ginger cookies, a bright boquet of fresh flowers, local fish, local beef, cat grass, handcrafted shea butter soap, and the best handmade iced tea/lemonade thing I have ever had in my life. A local band often plays some fun light rock songs w/ harmonic and guitar and kids have fun dancing away. This market is very kid and pet friendly. Lots of families.Tips for shopping here:1. Sign up for the market newsletter and also any farmer/rancher's/artist newsletter you want to keep up on as Natalie said.2. Bring cash as many vendors can't take credit cards. 3. Market hours are from 2-5pm. Go before 3pm to get the best produce.4. Treat yourself at least once. Buy a gourmet iced tea, cookie, flowers, or a plant before you leave. Smile!

I was completely unimpressed. Hardly any booths, and only one with produce. A waste of a drive.

I love The Beaches Green Market! I get most of my produce there and I always stop by Dave the Plant Man's booth to buy a green vegetable for my patio garden for only 2$! Dave is so helpful with information on how to maintain a garden even in the winter. Way to promote eating green Dave! The vibe there is definitely happy, healthy and colorful. There's a mushroom kiosk, arts and crafts, CBD products, fresh baked goods, gorgeous orchids and more! Definitely worth a weekly visit.
