Beach and Peach Urban Bike Park is a beautiful place to ride bikes, fish and walk the trails. I've visited the park twice, but today, I joined a few alumni and their family to clean up the park. You'll find brackish water for fishing, two picnic shelters and a paved path as well as several dirt trails for hiking. There's also a BMX bike trail equipped with ramps. There's a lot of open green space at the entry of the park. Then, walk a little further, and the paths are all shaded with huge aged trees. Which was great for keeping us cool with today's hot temperatures. Dogs are welcome if leashed. If you're looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle, check out Beach & Peach Park nestled in a neighborhood not far from Beach Blvd.

A cool park a bit off the beaten path, but definitely worth seeking out. I enjoyed the walking path and it was a good place to grab a respite from the hustle and bustle of the everyday grind. The parking lot is not the biggest, but this place seems to be a hidden gem. In fact, I pretty much had the park to myself with the exception of a group of people chilling at a pavilion. All in all, I would definitely recommend a visit here and I give this park five stars overall.

This park is a bit secluded in the Windy Hill neighborhood off Anders. The park has quite nice sidewalks that run to and from several Gazebos. There are several walking trails that weave through the banks of the lake and numerous wet areas. There is much wildlife and flowering plants. It is a good place for walking and biking with paths and sidewalks covering a mile or more. This is a great neighborhood resource and quietly kept secret.
