Batt Family Fun Center

This bowling alley/ family fun center might be the best hidden gem birthday party location in Jacksonville. We booked a party here for my daughter's birthday and for $350 we were able to host 10 little girls for a game of bowling, a game of putt putt golf, a game of laser tag and then time in the arcade ($15 each). If you look at the deals on their website (there are some cheaper than what we paid), they will tell you what is included: ours included the above-mentioned events plus our own part room that is already decorated, 2 pizzas, unlimited soda (2 choices), cupcakes, plates, gift bags and your own event coordinator. All you have to do is show up with your kid. The kids had a great time and the staff were attentive and kept the party moving.

This place was a fun spot to spend an afternoon! We found the mini-glow-golf Groupon so we only spent around $20 for 4 people to golf plus $20 in game play as well! The minigolf has lots of fun paintings & cute decorations. The holes are varied and fun, especially given the tiny space they have to work with! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

How have I lived in Jax for 12 years and did not know this place existed?! What a pleasant surprise!! It was a rainy, cold day, and my kiddo wanted to get out of the house. Groupon offered mini golf for 4 people including 2 $10 arcade passes! There was a deal on Groupon, so I ended up getting all of it for $18!!! None of us had done indoor cosmic mini golf before, so that was really exciting! I will say the 3-D glasses were hilarious, but you couldn't really play while wearing them. We had the whole golf area to ourselves and we had the best time. Each hole and theme were so fun and challenging! Music came on about halfway through and made it even better! Hole 11 was our favorite!!!We ended up getting to do half price bowling right when we got done with mini golf at 2 PM when the deal started! Cosmic bowling was so clean, updated, and fancy/soft seats. We also had that room to ourselves! So so fun!!! We ended our visit using our arcade cards. Tons of fun games to choose from and we played air hockey with the whole family. I also loved that they had prizes for tickets. So many arcades just do it for fun. Can't wait to return!

Adventure Landing has closed down which means there's not much competition on the westside when it comes to places to go for Arcades. BFFC is mostly known for bowling but my little one likes to come here, because they are the only place (that I am aware of) that has the kids arcade bowling. It's about $3.00 per game. I think that's reasonable for this game, but a lot of other arcades otherwise is quite high. You will burn through $30 real quick. Our last trip was very disappointing. The bowling arcade was not inoperable even though it deducted the funds from our card. The staff member did put the $3 back. The carnival game wasn't working. Most of the skeeball machines were not working, and the one that did work only had 2 balls in the dispenser. There were other games that were not working, but I pretty much lost count. I wouldn't count this place out, but the Arcade section definitely needs a ton of loving. Otherwise, we might just have to take him elsewhere.

We came for bowling the games were very inexpensive so we got 3.We were told this location had a bar but that wasn't available when we went.The cook made sure we knew before we ordered he was getting ready to leave for the night so we made our selections quick.Nothing friendly or inviting about it.You can never go wrong with a basket of fries but I'm extra and ordered 10 wingettes they costed more than the bowling .Regular, Hot, Tangy or BBQ are the flavors.I go with regular .BAD CHOICE!.. It looked like they went from the freezer to the grease.I didn't think that's what I was paying for

Not what we excepted when we checked out the website. Really like the concept of a family fun center however things need to be updated and a bit smaller than what we thought. Hole #11 on the mini golf has a very cool concept but the execution was poor as one side of the board is off set and sticks making it difficult to move. The facility was prepared for COVID measures as they had distancing signage posted and on the floor along with hand sanitizer easily accessible for customers and staff. The cost for miniature golf $19 for two adults. Staff was very polite and friendly. Worth a visit for rainy days and you just need to do something so you aren't going stir crazy in the house.

We used a Groupon for miniature golf which also included a $10 game card. This was out first visit and it was quite pleasant. Miniature golf was very fun! We tried playing with the 3-D glasses but it was more of a distraction so we ditched them. However, the concept for them is appreciated. Each hole is unique and kept us on our toes (we don't play often). Ending our day with a few arcade games was the icing on the cake. We look forward to returning to Batt Family Fun Center for another round or a game of bowling.

We've been bowling at Batt for many years. During the summer my daughter would come with her friends for the kids free bowling (pay for shoes). We've been here many times with family members as well, and it's a great place to have some family fun time.They have an arcade, mini golf, and now laser tag. Bowling lanes are plentiful and we've never had an issue getting a lane to show off our not so perfect bowling. All-in-all a great family go-to place where everyone can participate and have a good time.

Showed up for the Sunday promotion "11-2 Rent a Lane for up to 6 people" for $46.99." We were told tournaments use those lanes so we couldnt have that promotion. We could however rent a lane in the other room for $6.99 per person per game. Staff was completely not helpful. Ad with promos does not mention anything about tournaments using those lanes. Complete bait and switch. do not trust these place.

We have been going here for years , but lately the staff is rude , everything you ask gets a "idk" as an answer and the bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING, there is blood and who knows what on the walls. They smell like they haven't been cleaned in FOREVER and you can see dry pee on the floors. It is fun and affordable but looking dirty.
