The Y Stronger for our Community

It's a small y in a small town. You get what you pay for?! They don't really have enough equipment but I suppose if they had any more, there wouldn't be room to move! However, it is adequate and you can definitely get your sweat on. There is equal amount of weights versus cardio machines. A nice cardio room for all of their classes. You can sign the key out if you want to workout in private. BUT there are no weights in that room. And it's not connected to the gym. They have a nice size kiddie area with lots of toys for them to play with while mom and/or dad work out. I go in the evenings after work and that's when they have the young kids working. They aren't very friendly. They are more concerned with flirting and socializing with each other rather than helping their member. Whom by the way, pay their pay checks!Oh there is one more thing, they added this program called active trax that will create a workout for you. I love it! It takes the guess work outta my workout.
