Fresh, delicious & hot bagels picked up today on this cold morning in Jax. Great customer service by manager Henry and staff Ana welcoming me back to the store. It sure was cold outside but warm and toasty inside. My pick order today consisted of egg bagels, plain bagels and veggie cream cheese. My family was sure happy to see me return home with my goodie bag. Blessed to have a great local bagel store in my neighborhood!

Been coming two this and the Beach Blvd location since they opened, and it's normally a five star experience., so I feel bad having not reviewed them before only to post one now with a not great experience.Ordered a bagel with lox, onions, tomatoes, and cream cheese. Their first attempt came out with cream cheese and no lox. The second attempt came out with cream cheese and lox, but nothing else. Not a satisfying way to spend $14. was already in the car driving away after the second attempt, figuring it would be right by then. Quality control may need some attention. I've never had a bad experience ordering a breakfast sandwich bagel, so I'll probably going back to the old familiar when I go back.

I love a good Bagel place. The cashier was not friendly but had on her Valentine regala. I figure the owner was prepping and making everything bagel. There was no good morning even from him. Im not a loyal customer but I heard about this place. It is tucked away in Mandarin. Bagels R us does have a kiosk to order. I love the fact that the owner lets customers view the orders before they go. I wanted a bagel so came to them for service. They do have a sitting area. The first time is not always a charm but may be back on Satuday or a Sunday! I can not wait to taste my bagel.

Ordered this morning.Pros: lots of cream cheese, tasty cream cheese, fastCons: bagels were hard, bagels didn't seem fresh, food wasn't very warm, no knife to spread the cream cheese, no napkins (cream cheese can be messy) over priced, inside looked dirty and unimpressive Conclusion: cons out weigh the pros therefore I won't be back.

Always friendly service. Always fresh bagels.I enjoy coming to BRU a few times a week, service is always friendly and they strive to get your orders correct. You can order from a kiosk, order online or order n person (usually best for special orders or question's). So what are your bagel choices, well they run the gammit but our favorites are:AsiagoBlueberryPlainThere are plenty of other choices, plus you can get savory, sweet, eggs, sausage and of course cream cheese in multiple flavors. I am not big on chain food so this fits my bill of being small, personal and delicious.

Tried this bagel shop today! Very convenient location on San Jose Blvd. Super cute and spacious on the inside. I ordered an everything bagel with lox & side orders of ham and bacon. The ham was super flavorful but was pretty cold when I received it, despite me requesting for it to be heated. The bagel was amazing. It was perfectly toasted and the lox tasted very fresh! I enjoyed my food and will definitely be back!

Pretty good bagel until I got a better look at my surroundings. There's black mold coming out of the top of the ice machine, black mold on the floor in the bathroom, cleaning supplies in the bathroom covered in grease, extremely dusty. The place needs a good deep clean. Probably won't be back until that's done, the health department needs to seriously consider going and checking that place out.

This location is hands down cleaner and better stocked up on bagels than the beach location. Lots of areas to sit and a couple tv's going with family friendly movies on. Bagels are on point! Happy customer.

Great selection of bagels and spread but since it's made fresh they can run out of what you want. Next time I'll ask for extra toasting on my bagel as the first pass through is not to my liking but that's those things you learn on a first visit.The cold beverage selection seemed to be lacking probably due to supply chain issues so that' was a bummer but overall the bagels were what we wanted and we'd venture back.

Every time I've been, they have gotten my order wrong. I've only ever ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they have either forgotten to toast it or given me the wrong bagel or wrong cream cheese...
