I asked for extra cream cheese and specifically requested both sides of the bagel to have cream cheese. They refused.
Stale bagel obviously made the day prior being passed off as baked that morning. Gross and hard.

The food is always good. We enjoy the bagels and croissants. I always want to get a sandwich or switch it up but I'm currently addicted to the Reuben bagel! My little likes the everything bagel sometimes with cream cheese or I may do with veggies cream cheese. I have also had the tuna in croissant which sounds basic but they do a good job. We love bagel chips! Basically we regulars when we can and don't even live that close.

I was craving a bagel so I searched for a spot while in the area and Bagel Love popped up with a ton of reviews, so I decided to give them a shot!I ordered a half-dozen to-go that included Asiago, garlic, onion, and cinnamon crunch. They had a lot more options but since I was sharing these bagels with others I went with what was requested. I also got a couple of their speciality cream cheeses like the honey vanilla and fig. They don't toast or slice all your bagels if you order a large quantity so just a heads up. The fig cream cheese was so yummy, even on the savory bagels! The honey vanilla was a bit too sweet for my liking but was still good. I was able to try the Asiago and garlic bagel and both were good! Customer service was also great! The lady at the counter was super helpful and nice.

Ordered 1/2 lb egg salad, 2 plain bagels and apple turnover for carryout. When I opened the bag I found both bagels smeared with cream cheese, which we don't eat. Those went in the trash. Now we have nothing to eat with the egg salad, so we share it from the container. It was pretty bad, it might have been better with bread to cut some of the overpowering mustard and pepper flavors. At least we have the turnover right? It was stale with hardley any filling, pretty sure it was a Pepperidge Farm you bake from frozen.Very disappointing lunch. Bad food and poor service. Save your money and walk on by.

If youre looking for a Lox Bagel sandwich, this spot is THEE SPOT. The bagel was jammed packed full of flavor. This is a 20m drive from home and I'll take that drive as this bagel was beyond what I expected in freshness and flavor.

I never went to Bagel Love when it was under the prior management so I can't compare it to that, but I thought it was great! It's a simple concept, but there are so many options available that you can completely customize your own sandwich. I think the bagels are really good- not too spongey (which would make the sandwich messy) and not too crispy either. I'm not familiar with NY bagels so can't judge them by those standards. Overall, it's a great place for a quick, casual breakfast in the area!

I've been by this place a few times but I finally stopped in with a friend about 2 months ago. The service was alright but could have been a little bit friendlier. I got the sniper sandwich with some potato salad, I asked the cashier about it but all she said was it was spicy. It was not really that good and I was not aware that it didn't come toasted , it's listed under the hot sandwiches so I thought it would be toasted. The potato salad was decent but not one I would order again. My friend had the tuna salad on a croissant, he said it was good but thought the croissant should have been toasted. The atmosphere was nice & comfortable, maybe I will give them another chance. I know sometimes people have bad days so maybe that was the issue.

The new owner is amazing! I am truly blown away by bagel love (I had went before new ownership and wasn't impressed) You can absolutely tell the new owner cares. The porkroll egg and cheese made my Jersey girl heart so happy! I will definitely be back!

The food is great. I love the bagels and the sandwiches but the lady who runs the cash register is rude every single time we come in. She never breaks a smile at all even when you try to converse with her. It kinda takes a way from the experience.
