Azar and Company

Azar's has the best sausage dogs in the world! You can pay an arm and a leg at any stadium or fair but you can also get them at the grocery. Winn Dixie carries them as do a few others. Grilled, boiled, steamed, or air fried they rock! Get hoagie rolls cause they need a big bun!

They pretty much have all of your needs you request, they just didn't have any lamb, a guy came out and explained why they didn't have any lamb at the moment. He explained that I can preorder it.

We have enjoyed amazing Brats from Azar and Company at a local pub a few times and were delighted to find out that anyone can purchase directly from the factory. The hours are typical business hours, Monday through Friday until five. We stopped in just before closing to pick up some Italian sausage recently. The prices are very reasonable and the meat selection is huge. The mild Italian sausage came already cooked and frozen in links. We threw a couple on the grill for subs and found the casings got a little tough that way. Even so, they are delicious. They definitely have an anise spice forward, are not at all spicy, and I like them that way. The next time we cooked some, we just peeled the casing and put the sausage in our spaghetti sauce for a hearty meal. This was the the best use for these tasty sausages in my opinion. We cannot wait to go back and try some of the other meat selections. Great local company.

Best sausage in the world! Tried my first at the jaguars tailgate from Sawyer Gas. They had samples laid out for everyone to try. I won't eat any other sausage other than Azar!

Now I found out today that their was another place to get whole hog for smoking or cooking. Hearing this I was on my way. I found the place and it's nothing much to look at until you go inside up the stairs and into the office. I met the owner and we talked for a while and he was very nice and didn't mind talking to just a smooch who likes to make sausage and bacons. We talked about different cut of meat and whole hog and even whole lamb n goat. So now I know where this place is and I will come back. So if you enjoy Azar sausages used in most of the big name restaurant here in town. You to can just walk in and buy some good quality meats.

Got a pack at random on sale at rowes and its the best sausage my family's ever had. I am not normally a fan of sausage, but this stuffs dang good what ever they did they are doing it right.

I noticed Azar & Company while opening/cooking a package of jalapeno & cheese sausage from Certified Steak & Seafood of Jacksonville. I presume they pack a lot of other stuff for them also. If the sausage is as good as the other stuff (steaks, sausage, brisket burgers) then it's all right by me. It was pretty delicious meat.
