This review hurts me. I have been coming here at least twice a month for over a year. 1. Food is great.2. Service is friendly. So why 2 stars? Inconsistency with hours. Today was the third time in last few months that I arrived only to find the restaurant closed when their website, and posted hours on the door say "open" but they are not. Today, Thursday I arrived at 1pm to find the door locked. When I drive 20 minutes to eat someplace, it would be nice if they were actually open. As a customer willing to spend my money, I do not believe that I should have to call to see if you are open during their posted hours of operation. I wish they would be as excellent with their scheduling.

Disappointing Experience hereAs locals revisiting after three years, we were hopeful for a better experience, our return left much to be desired. The ambiance, unfortunately, remains stagnant since our last visit in 2021. Despite hoping for improvements, we found the atmosphere to still lack the charm and warmth we seek in a dining establishment. The Duck Pad Thai was great, delivering a delightful blend of flavors and textures, it was the Mayport Shrimp with Papaya Salad that failed to meet expectations. The Papaya Salad was very good, delivering a refreshing and palate-pleasing experience. However, the same cannot be said for the "Mayport Shrimp", which left much to be desired. The shrimp were disappointingly mealy, detracting from the dish's overall enjoyment. Furthermore, encountering poorly cleaned shrimp with visible "poops" was a disconcerting and unappetizing surprise. The locals know this was not Mayport shrimp.Despite our disappointment, it's worth noting that our server exhibited exemplary professionalism and politeness throughout our dining experience. However, any positive impressions were marred by a regrettable incident involving our complaint about the shrimp. Overhearing kitchen staff questioning "Did they eat all the shrimp before complaining?" My wife would be sick if she ate that whole plate of shrimp, not even one was eaten in full. While we appreciate the efforts of our server and acknowledge the redeeming qualities of some dishes, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The lack of acknowledgment or resolution regarding the subpar shrimp further compounds our disappointment. As locals, we find it regrettable that we cannot recommend this place. In the future, we will gladly make the extra journey to establishments such as Libby's or Andaman for a more satisfying Thai dining experience.

The food matched the hype! A nice, small family restaurant steps from the Fountain of Youth tourist trap. We each had pad Thai with either chicken, beef or tofu. They don't do ranges of hot like most places, but rather provide chili oil and/or flakes upon request. The ragoons were solid as well. The service was prompt and courteous. When we're back in town, we'll visit again for sure.

Good, authentic Thai food was fresh and full on in flavor. Papaya salad was best I've had- light. We ordered the panang ramen soup which was very tasty and fabulous as well as the pork laab. Will return here when in town. Service was fast and very friendly.

The food was decent. It's a no-frills kind of place, more like a diner than restaurant. The service was good! Come for the food, over the ambience.

This place is a gem! Spicy and delicious, the red chicken curry hit the spot. Beautiful flavors blended perfectly made a satisfying lunch. And though I don't usually indulge, the Thai iced tea was absolutely delicious. I will most definitely be back!

Super fresh food! Server was really nice and attentive and the restaurant was cozy and smelled amazing. We had the fried spring rolls, chicken gyoza, and mango boba to start- each was on a $5 special when we went and very tasty. For meals, we had shrimp pad Thai and the "spicy" eggplant with basil. They were both excellent! Their website and menu both are clear about not having spice levels, and I can confirm both meals (including the eggplant) were very mild in heat (but very flavorful). That was fine with us, but definitely ask for the optional side chili if you want more spice! We are visiting from out of town, but would definitely come back if we were local. Pics are after we were both full, had another meal of leftovers :)
