Aura Aerial & Yoga

I'm not sure what the first review is about but I've been coming here since they opened last year. The owners and instructors have always been friendly and encouraging. Most of the classes are geared for women but they do offer a Co-ed Yoga class. Let's be clear...I do NOT enjoy working out myself....but I'm getting older and time is not on my side! I can say that I THOROUGHLY enjoy each class I've tried here. There's a variety of classes to choose from... pole classes (ladies, you'll be surprised what you can do!) strength conditioning, aerial yoga(once you take this class, a regular yoga class will seem BORING!). Shannon is a great instructor who challenges you but is mindful of your body's limitations. She will push you though! Sometimes a little ass- kicking is good for the soul;)Kelly and Dawn are amazing pole instructors who are not only patient going over every tiny step but help you find your inner sexiness...ooohhlala! I leave every class feeling tired but STRONG and empowered because I've tried something challenging and rewarding.Try this place out! You won't regret it!

If your looking to try Pole Fitness or Aerial yoga just do it!!! There is no better place for it. I love all the instructors. The classes are challenging and most of all super fun.

My happy place. This studio is the place I go to get my happy, sexy, and sweat on. My days are filled with kick butt boot camps, sexy pole classes, zen yoga sessions, fly aerial yoga, and learning how to be a pole ninja. Every class feels like a private session since class sizes are small and the instructors are extremely attentive. These ladies are true professionals at what they do! If you want to have fun while working out or want to try something new I recommend coming out to the studio!

I visited Aura while on a short trip to Jacksonville. I was able to talk to Shannon on the phone before taking class, and she totally welcomed me to come to their intermediate class. Once there, I was greeted by Shannon as well as other super friendly clients. I was so happy with how welcoming this studio was- it can be intimidating to visit studios outside of your home studio! The class level was true to the online description, and Shannon and Jamie provided adequate instruction and spotting throughout class. I really hope I'm able to visit again!

Love all the instructors I've met so far! I've learned so much in the month that I've been going. They make you feel so comfortable and the environment is so chill. Wish I could give more stars
