Driving down Main the signs caught my eye and I had to do a uturn. The atmosphere they create with the music and the aroma from the trailer is great. Not a very long wait and great customer service. I love how you receive the condiments you want instead of them just giving you what they think you want.

Great food truck. They are at the corner of Pecan Park & Main Street on Saturdays. The menu changes up a little every week. The great thing is they send you a flyer with the menu on Thursdays. I've tried the fried pork chops and they was good. This week they will have ox tails so I may try them.Prices are good. They are in the parking lot of the gas station where the fruit juice guy is each week.

Couldn't resist when we saw the oxtail sign. Ordered that with yellow rice, cabbage, collard greens ans corn bread. Also a side of hush puppies and strawberry cheesecake. The oxtail to the best ever! So tenterhooks and flavorfull with a delicious gravy..all over the rice. Sides were all amazing. The cake!! Omg! It was like those strawberry shortcake ice creams but better! We're already planning our next visit!
