My daughter attends this daycare, she and I absolutely love it. They take their time getting to know your child and you as a parent. They are welcoming and loving. My daughter felt at home immediately. From the owner to the staff I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this day care to anyone. Mrs. Senetra was so helpful and awesome with communication. Mrs. Chris makes you feel loved as soon as you walk through the door. Mrs. Trinia was her teacher and she checked on my daughter and myself when my daughter was absent She kept me updated in my child progression and development. Just awesome all the way around.

Tha facility is easy to get to. The staff and faculty are amazing and my grandson loves it. They were very accommodating when trying to enroll him at short notice and time frame of the school year. I highly recommend Around the Clock Kidcare.

I enrolled my daughter for 3 weeks. Everyday more issues arised. First week my daughter came home so sick she could barely breathe on a Friday, I was not contacted at all. They sent her home with wrong blanket and with diapers on when only pull ups were provided. Second week up to shot records and physical were requested. Ok no problem, I took my daughter the next day to doctor and provided center with copy electronically and physically. I accidently gave them the old shot record and was accused of lying about taking my daughter to doctor. Physical with date was provided. My daughter came home daily very aggetated and would cry hysterically as we pulled in parking lot to daycare. I thought maybe this is normal. 3rd week I was contacted by owner via email asking for two weeks of payments. Payments were provided to a teacher at center by money order each week on date due. 180$ a week. So I provided reciepts and was accused of the money order being 80$ short. I blew up picture and resent reciept. I was then advised that the teachers thier are honest but because I cannot point out the person I gave money order to I need to make another payment. I need to contact money order to track it. I withdrew my daughter I said use your cameras to track it. If you want professional quality care this was not a good fit for us. My daughter doesn't cry when I drop her off and thriving at her new center.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. The owners mom is pretentious and seems to have no concern aside from her cell phone- and works there too, surprisingly. The building and rooms are very small and unkempt. I would not recommend this place at all. Not to mention they have a no refund policy that they don't tell you about so be completely sure before you hand them any money or "registration fee" and "school supply fee" or they will steal it from you.

I absolutely love this school. I was very scared at first with the reviews. I called the southside location to get information. The new owner, yes it's under new management was very informative and made me feel very excited to come by and take a tour. The teachers in place is very knowledgeable and the center was clean, nice painting on the wall. I immediately enrolled my child. And my Son loves it here!' Thank you Around the clock kid care and preschool. Also special thanks to Sernetra the new owner as well as Charlissa the new director.

I placed my children in this daycare (Southside Location) recently and they were supposed to start August 12th. I paid the registration fee plus two weeks tuition in advance. Today (7/25/19) I went into the daycare to pay the two weeks of tuition in advance and noticed the daycare was very hot. I then asked the Director Ms. Allison if she was also hot. She told me that the AC was not working in the front room of the daycare. Then a staff member came out of the back and told the director that the ac in her room was also not working. I later received a call from the owner, who refused to tell me her name, of the daycare repeatedly asking if I "was not happy with the temperature of her daycare" She seemed very angry and deeply offended. Apparently someone called and reported her daycare to DCF for the Air conditioning not working. I told the owner several times during this conversation that I was not the one who called DCF but she continued to accuse me. Eventually she stated that my children should not attend her daycare and continued to yell at me because she got reported to DCF for her AC not working. She also stated I could come get my money I paid the daycare so I went to go get it but was only given a check for $300 and was not refunded the $75 for registration. When i rang the bell to inquire about my other 75$ no one opened the door. The whole exchange was extremely unprofessional and the owner is out of her mind. Retaliating against the wrong parent for reporting her to DCF for not having Air conditioning is immature. I honestly feel like I dodged a bullet that this happened before my children started there. Don't put your children in this daycare. Thanks.
