Wow! What an incredible experience with St. Johns Premier Boat Rentals! From the moment we stepped aboard their beautiful boat, we knew we were in for a magical evening.The 2-hour sunset tour along the St. Johns River from Amity Marina was simply breathtaking, and your hospitality and kindness made it even more unforgettable.The added touch of providing us with food and drinks and props for our photoshoot was truly wonderful and made us feel so special.

Seemed like locals who stop when you walk in. Didn't stay for a cocktail, but will attempt to return for sunset.Parts open to public.

I can't say enough great things about Amity, they make you feel like family! I wish I found this place sooner. The drink prices are incredible, the ambiance inside is really fun but outside is even better! Great family owned watering hole that is welcoming for the entire family. Love sipping a cold one and watching the sunset on the St Johns. Looking forward to summer & bringing the kids to the pool!

We love Amity Estates! Had some friends on our side of town for lunch and went to a new brewery, we were feeing the vibe so decided to change things up and head to Amity! We all loved it! Beers were cold, we watched the Jags preseason game, had the opportunity to catch up and even took a stroll on the dock. Our friends have a boat and didn't know this place existed and already planned their next outing (by boat) for them! Excited to try out BINGO night and become a better regular.Oh and most importantly, they serve Busch lite!!!

What an awesome little find!!!! It was suggested I check this place out by some friends, so I made the trek down that way to see what the fuss was all about... So, you turn on this dirt road.... and for awhile you think you are going nowhere... Then you pass a few trailers and wonder to yourself... "Can this be right?" So the road ends and there is a teeny tiny house... and again you kind of question what the heck you are doing there. And then you step inside... Cool little bar area, and some seating... but look beyond. You'll first eye the pool, not super large but immaculate. And then you see it. And it's absolutely breathtaking. A nice grassy area, right on the river, with a picture perfect pier and marina. I've only seen pictures of the sunsets, but the location is right on. I know people use the phrase "hidden gems" quite a bit, but seriously... that's exactly what this is. A row of chairs line up right on the river for perfect sunset and water watching, with a cold drink in your hand. It's gorgeous! You can rent the entire venue for a reasonable price, or stop on by and grab a drink in the bar area. Or if you have a boat, you can keep it here too. I thought it would take a bit longer to get to this location, but from Riverside, only took me about 20-25 minutes. A great little place for when you want to get out of the city, but not too far out of the city. :)

What. A. View! Seriously you HAVE to enjoy a sunset here at least once. This is why Yelp exists. I would have not had ANY clue that this place existed if Yelp was not around. Located on the St. John's river - you have a gorgeous view of the water and docks. Amity actually means a friendly relationship and this is located at the end of Friendship road. How cool?Free to go down to the doc and enjoy the view. They have a bar/restaurant as well. There is a pool you can pay for a daily pass too if you want to go swimming. Kids welcome! They also are available for parties and events. What a great backdrop for an event. The couple who runs it, Keith & Alex, are so dang sweet too! If you are in town, make sure to go down the dirt path to the diamond in the rough!

Was here for the Yelp Elite event on 3/31/15 and couldn't have asked much more for a great place to have had it. It's right on the St. John's river and so pretty. The owner seemed like such a genuine and nice guy when he explained the history of the place and the amenities they offered too. The patio they have has a grill and a bar area that I can imagine would be well used on a warm summer or spring evening. We definitely plan to come back and meet more new people.

Rented for a party and were told on the phone that he could not close to public but only about 10 locals show up at an given time! Turned out he rented to 2 other groups of about 30-50 in about a 1000 sq ft venue. While some of us were at the pool the other groups took over our area inside. One of our guest said she got kicked out of her table. When we complained about our area being taken over inside (our buffet was completely blocked) they called us Karens. We also did not have access to the pool tables or anything but the pool. We provided a bounce house for our guest and all the kids from the other parties used. We were fine with that as long as their parents were watching. Just a ridiculous amount of people. Probably against fire codes. Bathroom outside was filthy. Would never set foot in this place again.

Great place, definitely a local spot to hang out and watch the sunset or play some pool. The Owner/ bartender was really nice and friendly. Love supporting our local businesses and hope to keep going back.

Never EVER rent this venue for an event. I paid to rent the clubhouse for an engagement party. I paid for live music and entertainment, and had it catered. We spent a fortune for an event and the owners allowed anyone and everyone to come in and REFUSED to simply tell casual patrons it's closed for an event. I have never in my life been more disappointed in a business I my life. Please beware and never come to this place for an event.
