My honey got us tickets to this little theater for date night. We had a wonderful time! The seats are plenty comfy and it's quite small but that just meant no matter where you sat you could see and hear perfectly. They had beer, wine, and soda for sale at reasonable prices and the people were friendly. Bathrooms are nice and clean! The show itself was really enjoyable! This was a new play for me but I love the theater and go whoever I can. The actors were believable and quite talented. I LOVE they still used a live band, it really is one of my favorite parts of any show. No photos allowed so I was respectful and didn't take any. Really enjoyed my time here and would certainly come back!

We like to pretend we have class sometimes and attend a highfalutin play. Our first time at this facility, not disappointed.Almost Maine was a hoot. One night in a small town ( so small they never became a town ) And the relationships that occur that Friday night.Funny, thoughtful , honest and fulfilling.Super small, so it's cozy without being crowded, plenty of parking, liquid refreshments were available before, at the break and after. All in all a good time , we are planing to return.

Though it's an 80 mile drive for me, through construction & dark roads it so worthwhile to come to be entertained. This is my 3rd time here so finally had to write a review. Our friend Ozzie played the lead role Emile DeBecque in South Pacific which ended Sunday. The cast are mostly from the Fernandina area. They take so much pride in this little treasure of a theater. With the small venue it feels quite cozy, casual & relaxed. The shows I've been to have always been sold out. They have a cash bar & serve wine before the play and during intermission. They also serve free snacks during intermission. Quite a treat. Next time I come for a play I will try to sample a local restaurant pre-show so the ride won't be so hectic. I'm sure YELP reviews will make the search for good food a breeze. Getting tickets online is easy. They have many good shows throughout the year and each show runs for a week. Attire is casual. If you like musical plays with a hometown feel, check out this gem in Amelia Island.

This place has a big Heart. The people who run this playhouse do it because of passion and they take care of it like a family home and when the doors open and you come in you are treated as family. I would be a regular here if I lived closer but I am always happy to hear my friend is casted for a play so I can visit. It's smaller but that's kinda it's charm. Those sweet treats at intermission are always the best and than you get time to have conversation with others. Thank you to those who donate and volunteer to make this place so great!

Welcoming place! Whether you are attending a show or trying out your singing, dancing musical skills in one of the many choices of shows staged in this theater you are sure to agree that this is a family place . It is a small theater with all the benefits of a large venue. Live music in a double decker band pit. Sometimes the band takes center stage. All actors, stage crew and musicians are volunteers. You will even find snacks provided during intermission!! This is uncommon and a great touch of hospitality. Ticket prices are very reasonable $20 or less. Be prepared to be surrounded by the stage action that often works its way into the audience.

I went with friends and hubby to enjoy South Pacific. At the first time when I walked in i realized it's a small local theater filled of happiness and good energy. People who arr wprkong there are very warmed and polite. You can feel a very good vibe. Then, when the play stattrd you can feel how the actress and acyorz are so proud to play duronf the whole time. I loved and enjoyed every minute in that place. Durong the intermission they do spmetging uniaue. They treat the audience with h'orderves and sale wine, water, and sodas. Back to the play: I love the show from the beginning until the end. They are such good actors and actresses who wanted to offer to us the best and they did it. Of course I have to mention the participation of my Zumba friend Ozzie Medina who is the lead character. His voice and acting got the attention of all us. I just can say: What a beautiful night!

Really blown away...small yet intimate setting.Entwr the foyer and see the local flair. We came to see the Fiddler in the Roof to support our friend Ozzie was playing in a role in the play. No albums, no tracks, LIVE Orchestra here. 12 piece band played all the instrumental and music within the play. The play house sat about 50 people and everyoin4 has a great seat in the house. We were front row next to the orchestra and the actors were loud and clear. No need for mics. During intermission, we tasted free desserts and drank wine at the cash bar. The break was long enough to talk with friends outside. Don't worry if you can't finish your drink take it back to your seat and enjoy Act 2.The tickets were reasonably priced, we will be back for date night and a show

Unless you are in the center seats, you see a lot of the backs of the actors. The far left seats, when facing the stage, are where the band is located. This means the music and especially the drums, drown out songs and dialog on the stage. The far right seats also means you see little of the faces onstage, but you are near the door for the wine and bathroom. If the seats on the sides were priced accordingly, it would be far less painful to see the Southside of a Northbound play.A second issue is the actors lining up outside after the plays. If you use a cane, walker, or wheelchair, getting through them and the audience traffic jam is a nightmare, and getting close enough to pick up someone with a handicap means slowly driving into the crowd to get close enough. That doesn't work so well since no one actually moves. In short, more bad seating than good, and only handicap friendly on the inside. Outside, if you need to be picked up close to the entrance, expect a 20-30 minute wait.
