This was the first time my wife and I ever went kayaking, so we chose to ride together in a tandem kayak. We participated in the 10:00 AM excursion on Lofton Creek. All of the guides on our tour were friendly and helpful. After a brief instructional on how to properly row in the kayak, they helped us in our kayaks. On the tour, we stopped a couple of times for them to share their knowledge about the creek itself and abut alligators. The information was very interesting. This also gave us a time to take a breaK from ok rowing as we had been rowing against the current. I definitely recommend this company and this tour. Thanks guys for making our first kayaking experience and great one!

AIKE was extremely responsive and accommodating. I can't praise them enough for an amazing experience. From our initial contact to the end of our excursion it was a great event. I am super glad we decided to go with AIKE. Felt safe the entire kayak trip. Amber and Mark was our tour guides. They were knowledgeable, professional, and ensured everyone was safe. This is a fun & safe adventure to enjoy the waterways of NFL. Amber knew all the trees, plants, and was sure to point out many wild life as we passed, even the alligator. Book today! You will enjoy the trip.

First time visiting Jacksonville for vacation and I have to say this was the funnest experience ever! At first I was really nervous to kayak but Mark the owner made it a really comfortable and fun experience. He teaches you how to kayak and talks to you about the history of Jacksonville and is really funny. Overall a smooth and very enjoyable ride and would look forward to coming back here when I come back to Jacksonville.

We had the best time kayaking today with Madison, our fantastic tour guide. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and made our trip exciting. We live in the area and can't wait to go on another kayak excursion.

Our Sunday float down Lofton Creek didn't disappoint. Our guides were great! Knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. Love that it's a family owned and operated business. Highly recommend to all visiting Amelia area. It got my wife energized to start kayaking locally again. We're already thinking about our next adventure to Cumberland Island with this group! Thanks guys!!

Aaron was a great guide. We did the Cumberland Island trip,it was a harder paddle. We got to see one of the horses, but not much else of the island. I thought we would see more, that's my bad. For the price I would of spent the money on the ferry so we could of seen more of the Island. Aaron have a lot of history and was super nice.

One of the best thing we did this weekend! My sister and I were both first timers, and our guide, Maddison, was more than helpful! He's also very knowledgeable on flora and fauna of the area, and kept us entertained the entire time! It took bit over 2hrs (advertised as 2hr tour) but we certainly enjoyed that, too. Maddison also recommended some great places to visit and restaurants to go eat dinner after the tour- I recommend this tour, agency and Maddison- 10/10!!!

We usually don't write reviews but this time, our kids asked me to write a review. We did the Cumberland Island tour with Madison and Tyler. It was absolutely amazing! We did the Lofton Creek tour last summer and we loved it so much, our kids (high school) asked us to come back to do this Cumberland Island tour for Spring break. It was so peaceful and beautiful! While walking on the beach we found sand dollars, conch shells and even saw an endangered loggerhead turtle up close and wild horses! We did not want our tour to ever end. It was also interested to listen about history of Cumberland Island from Madison. He is a great story teller. We will definitely come back to try their other tours on our next vacation! Thank you, Amelia Island Kayak Excursions!!!Amelia Island Kayak Excursions is recommended in Southern Living, too!
