Altitude Trampoline Park - Jacksonville Beach

1/11/25 Ten year old grandsons birthday party. Kids love it....pizza, chips, sip-ups, sports drinks and instead of a cake....6 dozen donuts! OMG!

I have a 3yo and 5yo and they're the perfect age for this place! It's great for hot summer days, rainy days or these freezing cold days that we've had. They have a nice mix of varying jump areas- basketball, dodgeball, ramps, and building blocks. They also have interactive jump areas with screens, an indoor playground, and some arcade games. We haven't been to a birthday party there ourselves- but there is always a party or a couple parties happening on the weekend! $27 today for both kids for 1 hour

My daughter likes it here - great opportunity for her to burn off some energy. It's usually pretty crowded (at least the few times we have visited), but plenty of parking and easy to find. There's a few restaurants in the same plaza so easy to make an outing of it.

Best place to have the kids burn their energy. Paid for 90min and it feels like I have been here forever. Either way place is kept clean. Steps get lysol every 30min or so. Great family enviroent, parents are all kind and friendly, there are a few arcade games, massage chairs, comfy couches for the parents. Great feel, I need to be a regular.

This place was a nice open building with like 15 trampolines. 3 were reserved for jumpers under 48in so even smaller visitors could jump safely. They had a dodgeball court woth maybe 6 trampolines. I think they need a few more dodgeballs tho. I saw maybe 3 in there. That emana a lot of jumpers waiting to get hit but not many throwers. There was a basketball hoop woth a trampoline and then a big open jump area woth maybe 8 lanes. Overall it was fun until it got too busy. Then there's just traffic everywhere yiu hop and my concern was my jumper hitting a smaller kid or getting trampled by a bigger one.They had a few other attractions in there that gave a small variety. Overall I'd say 90% of this was oriented towards open jumping on the trampolines. No ninja course or anything like that. For the price, it wasn't a disappointment. Sone competitors charge a lot more. The monthly membership is a nice convenient and inexpensive way to visit BUT.. read the contract. Cancellation must be given 60 days in advance so if you think oh ill just spend $10 and cancel, nah u would probably be on the hook for 2-3 months worth. My plan is to give notice of cancelation 60 days in advance and use the membership until then. As of july23 it's $10/mo Or $99/yr. If yiu are going to cancel, do monthly as they don't prorate or refund membership dues. Only real gripe about this place... the floors were sticky and gross. I saw BBQ stains and soda stains. I'd say cleaning that would bump this up to 5 stars. I'm not a huge fan of the contract wording but I get why they do that. I will update if I encounter amy issues canceling and lower the rating if need be.

Not over crowded where the kids are waiting to jump. Dodgeball and basketball section. Also a VR jumping area which was really cool to watch. Socks available for purchase.

I had my daughters 5th birthday here and it was really perfect for what we needed. A handful of kids in a clean space to run and burn some energy on a Friday night. I booked the All Star party room and the only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the TV in the room didn't work so we couldn't have any music playing in the space or watch anything while we waited to surprise the birthday girl. Our party host was great and he made sure we were always doing alright, he was exactly who we needed and I appreciated him for that. I will certainly be making my way back with my daughter because it was perfect for us. Not crowded and no real stress. Thank you for providing a great space at a great price. I just hope that when we come back for another party the TV will work so we can really party. Oh and a fan because it got pretty warm in the room. I personally enjoyed altitude more than any other Trampoline Park I've been to in the past.

Altitude is awesome! This is an indoor jump park near the beach, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the other jump places but it is cheaper, clean and a great place to come and let your kids get out their energy while parents can sit in the AC and relax while your kids jump their little hearts out! We need a place like this in Mandarin, please, pretty please! lol!

Nice indoor jump park with separated areas. They have areas dedicated to different age groups so toddlers are safe and can enjoy things. The staff is a great group of people, but Courtney specifically went above and beyond for us. Super clean facility with lots of things to do. They also have an arcade and a cotton candy machine. My kiddo had an amazing time!

You need a gas station style instant brew coffee machine - like Gate or Racetrac. Maybe with hot chocolate, too - fer the chi'runs. $2 for 12 oz. & be sure to purchase a service contract. You could sell mugs that all these moms will re-use, make them part of the birthday package.
