What a cute place. So glad I found it on Yelp and read through some reviews because it motivated me to select it for our family dinner. And we were very pleased. We had a large group and I will start with my first compliment, which is that they accommodated a group of 11 and best of all...I could make a reservation that night on Open Table. Loved that convenience. When we arrived we were graciously greeted by the owner and it all went beautifully from there. He made some excellent recommendations. Everything ordered at the entire table was excellent from the gator tail to the kids burger to the kids chicken (the fries were amazing) to the sea scallops to the pork bolognese. He was attentive and personable. (And the sauce with the gator tail was an excellent dipping sauce for the French fries!) So glad we decided to venture to a new, unknown spot. It did not disappoint.

What a great find. We are locals but have never visited until tonight. Frank was attentive and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back. The crispy duck was awesome. Cool vibe with a lot of locals at the bar.

Where to start??You have got to be kidding!!!Cleanliness was a joke - owner was constantly playing with his greasy hair. The floor needed a good sweeping.The ravioli was what would expected from a Chef Boyardee can.

Our first visit to 386 as many people highly recommended this place. Well this restaurant was very good and a great find for us. The prime filets were delicious, cooked to perfection and the Beijing beef was superb. The service was priceless. Definitely worth the visit. Can't wait to go back. Thanks for a great evening and excellent food.

We went last evening for the first time, going there. We had 5 o'clock reservations. We arrived to a line waiting to get In, as the doors were not open. When the doors opened, everyone slowly walked in, to where a guy, who was wearing ripped jeans and a T shirt, checked to see if there were reservations made. Once he saw we had a reservation, he pointed to a room, off to the left. He was not friendly, and there was no greeting, and he was yelling at people who said they had reservations, but he couldn't find them. He said it was a bad night. He was yelling at them!! We were not seated by anyone, just left to pick out a table. At 5:35 we still hadn't had anyone ,come to the table to take a drink order. At 5:40 they took the order, only for use to wait another 10 minutes!. Very limited choice, and even the girl said they have very little beer choices, so we drank wine, which was less than average! Since it was Valentine's Day it was fixed menu. There was no place setting the table, except a knife and a fork. A woman came in, around 6 o'clock with napkins. We later found out this was the owners wife. The couple to our right, just up and left, after they waited for an hour, to even be attended to, by a server. I wanted to do the same, but where would we go on Valentine's Day as everything would be booked!!The choice, on the fixed menu, was so very limited. My husband had the noodle bowl, which had very spicy noodles and a few (three) pieces of meat. It was terrible! My pork meal was just ok, and nothing special. There is more to a restaurant than good food, which this place lacks It's called hospitality, and this place has none! Terrible, terrible service, and not good food! It ruined our Valentine's night! Especially since I made the reservation two weeks in advance. We could have gone anywhere but here. The Atlantic Grill is right down the road and I wish we has gone there. The dinner was not cheap, and because my husband is. so nice, he tipped 20 percent. They did not deserve that at all!! We should've voiced our complaint, but all we wanted to do, was get out of there!!! Lesson learned. We will never go back, and I advise others reading this, not to go there!

We are locals and were very excited to have a reservation approved in January for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately we arrived to find out that they could not find our reservation the person greeting us was in quite a state and wouldn't even help us he actually said this is the worst day we showed him our reservation but decided to leave as he made us feel like we were idiots Funny how someone could choose to yell at customer's who were about to spend over $200 for dinner. We will never go to this restaurant again and we shared our negative experience with all our friends

We had reservations at 5 and a show to catch 40 minutes away in St Augustine at 7:30. The place was shabby on the outside with old, overflowing ashtrays at the from door. Full of water and butts. Looked in the windows and no one there. Waited for 10 minutes and knew we time challenged. About then a man in white sweats and a T-shirt drives up and says "I'm going to open but I'm not supposed to be working" and lets us in. The place is dark and.no signs of life in the dining area or the kitchen. At this point I'm not feeling good. But I had purchased a Groupon deal and didn't want to lose the Jack. So we were led to a dirty and dusty table and sat down. A few minutes later the guy comes back with two sheets of paper printed at home that was the menu. About two apps and three main courses, none exactly Fusion. I decided we needed to cut our losses and walked into the bar area where the lone employee/owner was. The had three cheap bottles of wine and the bar was totally unstocked. Before I say anything he yells "I'm busy". I told him that we were pressed for time and had pre-purchased dinner for two plus a bottle of wine. I said I'm not looking for a refund but we'll take a bottle of wine with us and call it a day. Then he starts yelling at me that he's not giving us anything and talking trash. We left without getting anything other than yelled at. I'm trying to get Groupon to refund. But that seems very unlikely. Avoid this place. Read the FB reviews, not just look at their overall score. Our experience was similar to many others.
