This salon is amazing! It has the welcoming feel of a family business but with all the services and quality of a large salon. Everyone is extremely kind from the moment you walk in and the place has a super cool vibe. They also have a great online booking platform which is very convenient for busy people like me who decide to book appointments at 10 pm. I have gotten my hair done with Kiki twice now and I'll never be able to have a different stylist again. She takes her time to really listen to what you want and somehow gets it just right. She also makes great suggestions for products to help you achieve the look you want but never tries to upsell you on anything. I have had haircuts, toning treatments, and most recently a full balayage with her and she knocks it out of the park every time! She is incredibly sweet as well. I highly recommend her and Salon 11i Collective!

I decided to give 11i a try after passing by it so many times on my way to Target. So glad I did! The space is luxurious, yet relaxed. Kiki and her team really make you feel like the focus of your appointment. I asked for a dimensional caramel vibe and she really worked with me to achieve that, even seeing me a second time to make sure I was happy with the results. Thanks, 11i!

From drab to fab! I absolutely love Kiki and her amazing talent for transforming my dull hair back to life! I don't even bring her in photos, like I used to do with other salons, because I know she's going to knock it out of the park! I'm so happy I found her, she will be my hair stylist for life.

I have been going to Kiki Rizzi for over 10 years on and off for blonde highlights. When I lived in other states, I was consciously trying to find someone who could "do my hair the way Kiki does." I moved back to Jax and I'm so excited to see she has her own salon now at 11i.This time I did a full blonde balayage after not having my hair done for 7 months. I have never seen someone do color as well as Kiki - the blending is smooth and natural, and she has an amazing instinct for matching her client's vision. She revamped my whole look and I'm super excited to be able to be a consistent client again.I will say honestly that the full balayage + medium hair cut + blowout was collectively a little expensive, but you're paying for the high quality service you get. Not to mention she has a great personality so she's fun to talk to! Highly, highly recommend Kiki or any stylist she recommends/approves of. :)
