Double Trouble: 2 meats x 2 sides. Their meat is so good, nothing salty, dry or tough or too moist. Just perfect. And sides were delicious

I highly do not recommend this place. I ordered a brisket plate and chicken wings for pickup online at 6:32 PM (see pictures). I got to the restaurant at ~20 minutes later (6:53 PM), and my food was not ready. I waited at their bar for 40 minutes and finally got my food at 7:32 PM. That was an hour after I ordered the food and 40 minutes after I arrived. Note the place was busy, but it is a tiny restaurant, and people who came in after me appeared to be getting their orders before me.I was never offered any water or soda while I waited that long, and the only updates I received were that they were working on my order.As for the food, the brisket was tough and dry. The chicken wings were rubbery. The cornbread was good (not sweet), and the mac and cheese was okay.All in all, I waited inside their establishment for 40 minutes to get 2 small pieces of dry brisket and some wings, all for nearly $50. Note that this did not include any drinks.

I was in the mood for BBQ and I've heard that Jack's BBQ is a great place. I wanted the pulled pork sandwich but unfortunately they were out of pork. No big deal, I just switched to the chopped brisket (Dallas style) and it was fantastic! SO Good! For the side, I had the mustardy potato salad and Loved it! Service was great!

Nice little spot in Lakewood that belies the neighborhood that surrounds. After parking in their smaller lot, you'll enter a moderately sized space that is well decorated and serviced by friendly staff. They accommodated a large party and were very prompt and efficient. The menu is straightforward BBQ with tons of options and sides. Everything was ready fast and tasted great. Prices were a bit high.

Way better BBQ than we've had here in WA for a while! My husband got the brisket and it was nice and moist! My chicken sandwich was extra saucy and my son loved his chicken strip! Service was very attentive, and the lemonade/ice tea are home made in house fresh daily! The restaurant is very clean and inviting. (Despite being next to a small outdated motel) We'd like to come back and try some more soon!

This is great BBQ! I tried the Ribs, Brisket, both types of sausage and the breakfast tacos. I was not impressed with the tacos but everything else was really good. The price is reasonable for BBQ . Portions are good but I'm not a big eater. Servers are friendly and the place was clean. I went back the very next day after eating there for the first time. I enjoyed it that much. I will be back soon to try more items. I highly recommend Giving them a try

Excellent BBQ! Great menu options, friendly attentive service. We were lucky to get here just before the lunch rush as the tables filled up fast. The food came out lickity-split and I can't say enough about the delicious brisket. I'll came back here again for sure and recommend it to anyone looking for good BBQ when they are in the area.

This is one of those places that, after your first visit, you'll go back every time you're craving meat. It was on a whim I found this place, tucked away from the road, but very close to exit 125 off I-5. I ordered the cheese burger. It was really good! The guy next to me ordered the same thing, and this was his third time back! The meat was moist and delicious. The sauce they make is legit. I custom ordered mine to have mushrooms on it, because I am a glutton. The next time I want a $25 dollar burger for under $18 bucks I'll be going back here.

I revisited this place a couple of times with my family since my initial visit and noticed drastic changes. They're always understaffed, and the food looked and tasted different, and not in a good way on both visits. Half of the menu items were not available, and the food that was served was warm, not hot, and undercooked. The real issue was the boiled hot links, which tasted disgusting and not grilled or barbequed. I also asked for bread, pickles, and peppers, and received an end piece of bread and the other items looked inedible. This place is too expensive for mishandled, bad-tasting food. However, I must say that the staff present did a good job, and their customer service remained courteous.
