Fast food spots get a bad rap and sometimes it's for good reason. I know what I'm getting myself into even though these days I rarely get fast good. I Also try to give the benefit of the doubt whenever I happen to go to a Fast-food spot, especially since again I rarely go.It's hard to do that with this particular visit to Jack in the Box and see that some of the other reviews may have some ground. My biggest problem is that there is an obvious language barrier with the workers here. I placed an order with one of the staff and he seemed to really struggle to understand what I was asking for. I finally just said that I'd just take a #1 small. Then the only thing I could get to drink was a pre bottled orange juice because the drink machine was down. I don't think I've ever seen that at a restaurant without some kind of back up like a smaller cooler with other soft drinks.Another staff began to bag my order and she did ask if I wanted it to dine in, which I did, but she kept bagging. It was ok and pointed for a tray. She then put it on a tray. She asked if I wanted sauces and I asked what she had, she couldn't answer and just kinda smiled and handed it to me. I asked for ketchup, and she walked away. I don't think it was out of rudeness, I think it was more she couldn't communicate and was nervous.Not a big deal, just took my food and ate. About what I'd expect. Not terrible, not great.I haven't been to Jack in the Box but a couple times, but I'm pretty sure service wise they can do much better.

I don't know how people are saying this place has excellent food/service. The food I received today was very oily and inedible. I ordered tacos and chicken nuggets. Everything came out dark brown and each bite was disgusting. Normally I love going to jack in the box for late night meals but it's a waste of money coming here because it's all so gross.

It's been 13 years or so since I last ate here and the food is good for fast food. The service atleast at the drive through is better than before. It's a nice option when everything else near by is closed.

Worst fast food experience of my life. I was in the drive thru and the employee couldn't speak English. He didn't know or understand the menu. He kept getting the order wrong & we just ordered 3 burgers..as they were, no substitutions of anything. The order was never right, but we just accepted it because we knew it wasn't going to be right. When we pulled up to pay- he called us a PENDEJO TO OUR FACE ... which means asshole in Spanish. BECAUSE HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH TO PUNCH IN A CORRECT ORDER??! We immediately asked for a refund. I paid with my credit card & they refunded me in cash??! Pretty sure that's going to mess up their nightly drop. Worst service & experience of my life.

Came through at 9 pm on a weeknight last month, using the drive thru. One car ahead of me, ordering just for me and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Burger and fries were good and just made, but the speed situation needs improvement. The cashier acted like they were doing me a personal favor to be at work that day.

Location is a typical Jack-in-the-Box. I'm a fan of the Jumbo Jack and the jalapeno poppers.However, the new smashed Jack was pretty grim. Thick, greasy patty, not anywhere near a smashburger. No idea if it's the execution or the item itself.

This place is an absolute joke. I called four times before finally someone answered the phone in the most ridiculous manor "what can I help you with" to which I asked if they had any Uber eats delivery orders. They responded no, so dTo double check I asked if they had any Uber eats deliveries for myself (Riley) and they respond no. I ask again and she says "let me check" like are you kidding me? I have to ask three times and call four times to see if they have my order?CONTEXT:I waited for an hour before I was able to cancel my order for a refund. Then ordered again to test my theory that these people at this store literally do not give two f***s about what they do. I've worked 8 1/2 years of my life in restaurants and for someone to so blatantly lie over the phone and make individuals pray after 1 hour of waiting for a GD burger they can get their money back, is ridiculous. This is freaking Jack In The Box. Not Ruth Chris's. Half your things are already cooked, just drop it im the fryer or on the grill for 2 minutes each side and your good. This place, it's management, employees, quality and overall brand name is beneath the dirt on the ground. Go to any other fast food joint, even a 7-11 is better than this waste of natural space. Have the day you deserve!

Got a custom munchie meal with a customized chicken sandwich, onion rings and two tacos. They ended up giving me the regular sandwich instead. All I wanted were pickles with spicy sauce. The onion rings only came with four small ones. As for the tacos, they were what's giving this review the two stars. JITB Tacos save the day.
