Out of curly fries. worker gave me attitude for having to call my wife who the food was for. got my order wrong. charge for sauce?! when did jack in the box start charging for ranch? ordered $25 worth of food and i can't get one ranch for each fry that i ordered? wow terrible, i won't be going back.

Tacos are ok. Great customer service is a hit and miss. I ordered a sough dough sandwich and it did not taste anything like sour dough and it was plain and I was looking forward to eat it and when I did, I was sorry I ordered it.

Don't come at 11pm on a Saturday. They've taken at least 5 minutes per car in the drive thru. There were 7 cars in front of us. This is fast food not a sit down restaurant. They have you trapped once in the line. I'll never come back here again.

Came here after work because it's 80 degrees outside so thought I'd get a milkshake. They wait till after I get to the window to say oh the machines is experiencing problems it'll be a moment. They hand me a shake that's runny like water. So I go back inside. After waiting 20 mins I finally got my shake. While they are open very late, only the drive through is actually open. Service was slow but about equal to what you'd expect from a DT later in the night. I'd never tried Jack in the Box before but felt like the quality of food for a fast food place late at night was acceptable.

Onions on the Jumbo Jack burger were rotten. The chicken burger was fine since it didn't have onion but the fact that anything was rotten completely ruined the experience.

I actually hate this place, the lady rolls her eyes at us after she tells us back our order and it's wrong like always, she rolls her eyes at us when we ask for sauce. my fries are always cold. and this lady shut the window on us and we sat there for quite literally 20 minutes. I don't know why she's never been fired. Please save yourself and go to a different jack in the box.
