Jack in the Box

I stopped by this morning for breakfast. Its normally a gal that helps me, but today it was a guy. And he charged my debit card 3 times. Granted, the charges still show pending, and hopefully the 2 fake charges fall off, but either way, it still ties up my money so I cannot spend it. Its a relatively small amount, but its the principle of the matter. What If I only had just enough for my order and they put me in the negative. Ugh. Not good.UPDATE: thats cute. they pretend to answer then send me a dead link below. Im so not amused.

Horrible customer service. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 plus minutes before even being greeted. Had to repeat myself several times while ordering. Food took forever to be made. Avoid this place

This location is slow and staff is unfriendly. I hate that I place an order and pay for it only to Not get the extras I paid for. Staff is below average.

The Food sure isn't the Burger King we are used to. But the kicker has been three times now the staff! Very RUDE, I mean seriously rude. I was paying for the second of two orders and the smart ass in the Window kept saying how much I owed her. I find it funny to see how rude those people are when just next door there is a Taco Bell with an amazing Staff and good product.

I thought I'd give this place another shot, but still disappoints every time. I got something simple like tacos and half of the taco was empty and broken. The onion rings were good so I give this place 2 stars. Probably won't come here again though.

I came through the drive thru and right in-front of me were about 7 addicts shooting up heroin. Made me feel unsafe with so many people near my car at 11pm. Your surroundings should be supervised to make customers feel safe. My order was also taken wrong and not how I ordered it in the drive thru window.

Great food , friendly helpful staff by helpful I mean two employees helping a broken down car move out the driv thru at 3 am In the morning and getting right back to work .

never have shake mix every time I go here, I'm pretty sure they just don't like making them n I get that sometimes it's busy but every single time I go here they are never able to get me one

Long lines that move kinda slow Employees tend to ignore you and to top it off wrong order not much of a surprise

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Today is December 13 2021 it's currently 10:25PM I've been waiting at this drive thru for about 30 min I honestly think that no on is working right now because no one has took ANYONES ORDER it's unbelievable if you're going to be closed make it known.
