Terrible Terrible Customer Service! Keep saying I'm not going back and my daughter talks me in to it. Don't think I've experienced a good experience yet... at the Drive-Thru, however Tonight tops them all... The young man working at the DriveThru at 5:59p needs to be in the back on the fryer where he has no contact with customers at all! His mannerism, the way he speaks to guest and lastly the way he even crumples the receipt and bag up when he hands them to you is just unreal! Her Order was easy so easy...4 Tacos and a Value Fry for my daughter. We got two tacos and that's it! No Fry, No Taco Sauce, No Napkins, No Thank You. Nadda. Im a 50+ year old man and he referred to me as "here ya go my man!" WTH!? I called the number on the receipt, probably won't make any difference and I realize these are entry level positions and employees, not careers for most but you can do better than that Jack.. It Starts at the Top!!

The staff was super annoyed that they had a customer (10am) and was rude. That made me a little worried about the food and drink I was about to consume and rightfully so. My breakfast sandwich was cold in some areas so I opened it up to look at it and I just saw green patches of something.. the ice coffee tasted like moldy water. No I don't know what mold taste like but I'm assuming that would be the taste. Gross.

Was on a road trip and needed some Food late at night and this Jack-in-the-Box said it was open 24 seven yet when I arrived I saw an employee on his phone and when I tried to go through the drive-through there was a chair in the way and when I called the employee did not answer The phone when he was clearly on shift. I'm very frustrated!

Terrible customer service!! Once, around 11 pm, I pulled up to the window after ordering and sat there without anyone acknowledging me for about 15 minutes until I obviously got impatient and started knocking on the drive thru window. Some guy just stuck his head out from the back of the restaurant and shook his head "no" at me, then went back to the back. I could hear the teenage workers laughing and messing around in there. I don't know if they forgot that they took my order or what but I ended up just driving away confused. Another time, I ordered, pulled to the window, the kid opened it and said "Sorry but we're in the middle of a shift change right now." I'm like "Ummm, okay? You can't just make my shake real quick?" I got no answer. Since it's the only Jack in the Box in my area, I went back a few more times and every single time, the lobby was locked and there was a chair in the middle of the drive thru lane, so no one could get through. I don't know what's going on there but they definitely need some better management.

Experience at this restaurant was horrible. I went through drive through and went to speaker and lady said she wouldn't take my order. Mobile orders only. It's 7:15 pm and there's only mobile? This is outrageous. And the customer service was horrible. I asked lady for name and she refused to give it to me. If it's mobile orders only then the drive through and open sign should be different than what I'm seeing right now. This is ridiculous. Sat at the window with a line of cars behind me for more than 20 minutes. Then lady opened window and seemed confused said what did I want to order. This kind of service is not tolerably by me. I will never be giving them my time nor business again. Had to wait 40 minutes for 10 tacos.. unacceptable.

They advertise open 24/7 but when you try to get food at 20pm they are "resetting their system " so no food can be made. Ridiculous and they have lost my business for good.

The fruity man is so rude! He flipped us off in the drive thru and refused us service for no reason after letting us order and wait in the 20 minute line. I get you can not expect any sort of professionallity from fast food restaurants, but that is too far.
