Jack in the Box

I've had dramatically varied experiences at this place. One day, I'll come by and it'll be a non-event - good, quick service and hot, greasy food... Other times, it'll be a shit show - like a van blocking the drive thru with a hand-written note saying they're closed for a team meeting - during prime time dinner hours. Or another day just being totally closed when they were supposed to be open... And this was all before COVID.The food... Is SO much greasier than other fast food options, but sometimes you want that! The breakfast burritos are insanely caloric (like... 800cal for a mid-sized burrito). Cray. I like the tacos. I like their burgers even though they're trashy. I like the curly fries. I like their breakfast sandwiches. I like that they always have something new going on... One day they'll have a bunch of stuff with Sriracha on it... The next week they'll have buns with extra butter flavor... And right now, they're on trend with Fried Chicken Sandwiches (and they're insanity is showing - with two alternatives: a fried chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, and on the late nite menu, one with nacho cheese sauce, jalapenos, and freaking onion rings on it). Super fun. 3 stars for food. 2 stars for fun. -2 stars for inconsistency.

Okay it's about 130am this line is absolutely insane and some people are even honking for absolutely no reason at all. Whoever is working right now is a complete stud! Pushing through the chaos and clearly making sure all of the orders are correct, I could not deal with all of us so he is amazing! Kudos.

I ordered the battery jack sandwich but I do not like Swiss so I asked to substitute it with American cheese and was charged 30 cents. I did not ask nor get extra cheese only wanted to change the type of cheese... WHY am I charged to substitute the kind of cheese!? I don't care if it's 30 cents or 1 cent I should not have been charged to substitute anything ot doesn't take any more effort to put a different kind of cheese in my damn sandwich.

For a Jack In The Box, it's pretty good. Now, I'm comparing Jack In The Box to Jack In The Box, so this 4 star doesn't really mean it's a 4 star dining experience.The service is good. The woman at the window is very nice.Whenever I go to JITB I order the 3 piece eggroll. That's really the only thing on the menu that I like. Last time I was there I was jonesing for a strawberry shake so I ordered one of those too.Ick.Imagine cotton candy sweetness with really no other flavor. It was terrible. But that's not this locations fault. It's just JITB. So there, this review is really more about how personable their staff is and that every time I order my guilty fast food splurge at this location, it's always exactly what I want.I've never been inside so I have no idea what it's like, but the drive through rocks.

Went through the drive-thru and I've never repeated myself so many times over the intercom. Had to correct the servicer multiple times. Assuming the servicer was brand new, I'll give her some slack, but her trainer sounds like s/he did a poor job training the poor girl.I did end up getting the right order in the end and the food was standard. I give that a plus.

I know, it's Jack in the box everyone knows what it's all about. The older gal Debbie I believe has been there for a long time and every time her voice comes on at the drive through, make no mistake, you will be greeted with friendliness from start to finish. Even her voice is beyond friendly yet genuine.She is so detail oriented unlike Taco Time she made sure to ask if you need creamer, sugar, ketchup, straw even for my orange juice with a bottle and cap. She thanked both of us in the car for stopping by. I seriously wanted to tip her. She verified the order. No mistakes!!!We always stop here hoping to get Debbie she's the best! Good work ethic!

Food was cold took 10 minutes to receive it and I was the only person there and they forgot a couple items never going back THIS place is terrible.

Terrible service every time I've gone. I will never go back. Between the crazy prices. Terrible customer service even worker nodding off. Wanted me to spend $17 for two of their cheapest breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns. Then proceeded to tell me I cannot have ranch because it's extra.....umm I just spend $17 dollars I can't have one ranch for my sandwiches that come with no sauce and my hash brown....acting like it comes out of their paycheck. Save yourself and go to the one on the other side of town or any other place. I will never be back. Returned my food and bringing my money somewhere else. Knew I shouldn't have stopped by my son wanted a hash brown. Big mistake!!! No other place will refuse to give you a ranch or two if you buy two meals...

All my food was ice cold. Needs 59 more words I guess to post this... so, again.. all my food was cold. Burger, fries... to top it off.. the kicker. I asked for no tomatoes.. definitely had two massive tomatoes on it. So that's cool. The curly fries.. I got tiny little half circles that were rock hard.. on top of being ice cold.

asked for a blended coffee not knowing they did not serve them here. The manager seemed to take offense to us asking even though we were not being rude just asked if they could do blended drinks and became aggressive saying "we don't do that here but good one" reacting like we were trying to play a prank. Was very short with us for no reason! We just wanted tacos and coffee! Feel bad for the kid working the window. Won't be coming here again.
