Being one of the only 24 options on the Eastside, I can always count on this Jack in the Box. They have a incredibly hard working staff, friendly at all hours of the day and night, and I have never gotten an incorrect order from this location. They do very often have a very long drive thru line, at most I have waited near 15 minutes from start to finish. You can also opt to go inside the location to order which can be a bit quicker. Consistent, friendly, and the food has always been fresh to order (hopefully I didn't just jinx myself for stale fries next time!)

Limpy bacon, soggy bread on the sourdough jack.Churro...cripy outside and slihht inder down inside.Floors are sticky...ewewee. tabkes ledt dirty. HellMillion dollar question...will I come back. Hell no. Jack need quality control.

Ordered through Uber Eats because this location is somewhat distant. My food arrived warm but not complete. I was missing my large order of fries and I tried to get a hold of the restaurant but no matter how many times I called the employees proved completely incapable of answering the phone. How hard is it to put fries in a bag? The incompetence is astounding.

Dirty. Several Tables were sticky. Floors need sweeping. One of the two stalls in ladies restroom had no working light and toilet didn't work but no Out of Order sign on the door. Restroom was dirty. Counter person was meh, no smile or no thank you. Only one customer inside besides us, at 1:00 on Sunday. Yet fries were lukewarm, my Jr Jack burger was overloaded in tons of ketchup. Ick.

I ordered a small fry, jr bacon burger and a chicken sandwich , the fries were cold and clearly had been sitting for the last hour. The burgers were barely luke warm and did not taste fresh.

It's just ok. The drive through speed is hit or miss. The app is pretty worthless. I just got fries once when no one was in the drive through and it was my longest wait. Maybe they were out? It's amazing to me how much money a franchise owner has to have in the bank in order to own a fast food restaurant for the little bit that they make in profit. I can only imagine that owning one is for a write off for their real business? If you already have millions, why would you own one for $60k a year? That makes no sense. Do you know how much someone would have to make to have accumlated millions in the bank?

Be careful if you use your credit or debit cards at this establishment. I took a little too long trying to order in the drive-through line, and the cashier lady seemed less than enthusiastic about this after I pulled up to pay. A few hours after using my credit card here, I received notice from my bank that there were some fraudulent charges on my bank account. A couple of weeks later, after canceling my card and refunding the fraudulent charges, I received a phone call from some grifter pretending to be my bank, asking me to log into my bank account so he could "help" me reverse more "fraudulent charges" (from my canceled credit card, mind you). He went so far as to send me an "official" text message from my bank and called me over and over again until I blocked his number. The real cherry on top was this person's smoke detector kept beeping in the background, while he was quietly trying to con me into giving him my personal info. LOL.Scammers gonna scam, but not today, my dude.

I love jack in the box but this location is SO inconsistent. Every time I go my food is different, the ingredients are different, and sometimes its so sloppily put together its like the cook was in a bad mood when they made it. My husband went a few weeks ago and asked for extra sriracha and the cook drowned his burrito in cheese-- seriously? I got my sausage burrito today and it had no hashbrowns in it, last time it had no sausage, and the time before that it had no sriracha sauce in it. I completely understand running out of ingredients but I would rather be told you're out of something and to not expect it rather than send something sub-par out the window-- it comes a crossed to customers that you dont care.I have gotten a huge impression from jack in the box lately that they dont care which is a huge shame, because I grew up with their breakfast and I myself have even worked for the company with top notch service and food quality and this is not nearly the level it should be. Do better, Jack Issaquah!
