They are NOT open 24 hours!!!The signage, App & Yelp all show 24/7 on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. The lights are even on - but, believe me, no one has been home for months! Night staff was grumpy, gruff and rather rude anyway. It's 3am and I want tacos. So sorry to impose.And, no, I am NOT going on the JITB website to submit some complaint that'll only be ignored. That's obviously what happened to someone with the same issue a few months ago.

I don't even know why I made the mistake of ordering this Jack again... at least this might not be the location's fault, as I'm pretty sure they get their products frozen? But anyway, found a rather long bone in my chicken strips. This isn't the first time I've found a bone in fast food, and I can accept a tiny bit that gets through, but this one was too long to really forgive and just doesn't make sense. Of course, it happened at the worst Jack location around. Just don't do this Location.

I had the grilled chicken salad and a shake . There were enough tomatoes and cucumbers but there was hardly any chicken . That would have been okay except , it had a real strange aftertaste almost like bleach . I try to call their number and no one answered . The person who took my order was very nice . The only problem was, he had quite a difficult time understanding me, and I had a hard time understanding him but that will probably improve with time and some patience.

Pulled through several times and no one ever came to take my order. This morning I saw the light on as I was driving by at 6:15 am, when I pulled into the lot the lights conveniently went off and no one appeared to be working. As others have said the hours apparently are very hit and miss. It's a shame because I think the food is pretty decent for a fast food option. I've only gotten food once at this location and it took a while but it was good.

Nothing great, nothing horrible. Went through drive thru after I found it. Service was meh, but glad to see younger kids wanting to work. They were polite but no personality of friendliness. Be prepared to wait a while. I wish I would have timed how long it took. It was At least five minutes waiting after ordering and there was only one truck ahead of me and he had already ordered sitting with his truck off. I am wondering if they cook to order now? Little pricey in my option for a chicken meal medium size with Hi C $16 bucks I wanted to surprise my som with some food. He never complained and it is all gobbled up so I guess it was ok.

Today we had went to the Jack in the Box for lunch during school, they got my order wrong.... I had ordered 3 piece chicken strips with curly fries- They gave me churros instead of chicken.....I almost cried I was looking forward to some chicken strips
