I literally am making a yelp just to tell everyone here to NEVER order here, the drive thru line at 11:30 wasn't terrible but the man over the intercom rushed me constantly. I then proceeded to order a Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack, It was the lowest quality buttery Jack I've ever had, looked like it was thrown together with no care, smashed buns, and one piece of bacon such a disappointment.. I LITERALLY made a account to say this. Drive next door and go to the Taco Bell please.

Service just keeps on getting worse and worse at the drive thru. Ask for sauces , no sauces. No straws. Also this has been going for the last 2 months? Wrong burgers too at times. I'm a regular customer and it sucks seeing the quality of service going down so drastically since the last 2 lady's that used to work here on lunch hour left. Definitely stopping coming here for a good while.

This lady at the drive thru was completely rude and snappy at this location. We were there close to 11 am. She shouldn't have a customer service job with this attitude, from a guy who was in customer service jobs for over 20 years. Jeez!!!!!

I mean overall I would call this just okay. There was really good moments and there was just bizarre things going on. For starters, the gentleman who took my order and payment and the Hispanic man that handed me my food are both top notch workers. My issue with this place was I was the only car in the drive thru, there was no one inside and I'm watching this female worker with a tattoo on her neck just act like a complete idiot. This clown is holding a bag waiting for my food and she is just up and down the area hooting and hollering doing everything in her capability to stop the others from working. If I was unable to see this stupidity, this was five stars, but because she felt the need to show me she was an incompetent person. 3 stars should be achievement for her.

Absolutely disgusting. The lady taking my order was incompetent, and when I asked to make an adjustment to one thing on my order she screwed up everything else. Food was SALTY. She asked if I wanted any sauce, and when I asked her to read off the options, she said "no" and closed the window on me. Because we had a somewhat "large" order (a couple things but that was too much for the staff to handle) I asked the lady that took my order if she would like me to pull forward to keep the line moving. She then replied, in a snarky tone, saying "I DON'T want you too" and closed the window on me AGAIN and walked away. I felt crappy leaving the drive through, and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, when I got home, I realized there were pickles in my wrap, and my grilled chicken sandwich bun was soggy and falling apart. (Was a 5 minute drive home). So after all of that, I spent 40$ on food for it to be far too salty to eat, falling apart, all with condiments I specifically requested be removed. Never again.

Just like all the other complains here. I've had the worst service when I came visited this location at night drive thru. First the person taking my order got an attitude and seems to be in a hurry. Then I was specific with my order and my entire order was a mess. There must be a reason why they don't provide a receipt. I didn't bother to check my bag of food, expecting that I should have received what I ordered but nope. I tried calling their phone and no one ever answered. If I could give this rating a less than one star I would. I was specific with my order because I'm allergic on some of their ingredients then I get food that I couldn't eat and it went straight to the garbage. Whoever owns this business needs to review all these customer complaints and take action rather than asking customer to fill out more forms for them to investigate. If I was careless and ate the food without checking I could have went to the hospital for several allergic reactions. I never usually write a complain but this place is horrible. The employees have zero customer service.

Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Worst staff ever. Particularly the night crew. An older Hispanics took my order, could not understand what I was saying and was very rude. We didn't get half of what we ordered. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
