Drinks: I ordered the pineapple tepache drink it was AMAZING, I'm not huge on bourbon but this drink made me change my mindAmbiance: small spot with a sexy vibe and great for a birthday dinner or date nightService: the bartender and other gentleman working were great, they were so friendly and hospitableI can't wait to come back to try the food!

Came here a few months ago- the decor was so gorgeous it made up for the prices lol. We heard they had tomahawk steaks and came in to try it. At first we didnt see it on the menu but our server let us know if was an off menu item that we could still order so we did. The initially sat us at a small table and im glad we asked for a bigger one because theres no way we would have fit that meal on the smaller table.The steak was delicious- very pricey but when in Scottsdale and ordering a big ass steak...whatdoyaexpext! We would go there again.

Why aren't you dining here??Take it from this food snob- This place is fantastic!! Their food has the most interesting and delicious flavor combinations. Tonight i ordered the pork belly and hubby had the sea bass. The portions are fairly large and i always have a goody bag to take home. Every time I've been here I've had fantastic service- it is not staffed with dumb 19 year old beauty queens typical of most Scottsdale restaurants, but highly skilled, knowledgeable wait staff. The restaurant is dark but has great ambiance, with very sexy art on the walls and the BEST music of any restaurant I've been to in Maricopa County in the past 30 years! Yes! They play an eclectic mix of real songs!But back to the food.... Their desserts are house-made, unique and delicious.I've tried them all!I tell everybody i meet to come to this restaurant and i urge you to come here as well!

Easily among the best ever dining experiences. Every aspect was sublime. The staff accommodated changes (number of diners and reservation time) and provided exceptional service. The food (Wagyu Meatballs starter and Filet Mignon, Short-Rib Ravioli, NY Strip, and Lemon Basil Chicken Fettuccine entrées) and cocktails (Lemon Drop and Pomegranate Martinis) were delicious; and everyone in our party loved the great vibes provided by the intimate dining area. Will absolutely visit again when in the Scottsdale area.

Walking into this restaurant was walking into another experience. WOW! What an exceptional restaurant, experience.The vibe is very moody and feels like stepping into a speak easy which is not. The decor is really cool, awesome unique cocktails and the staff was attentive, friendly and funny.I booked a reservation thru open table for my girlfriend's birthday. There was a glitch and the reservation never went thru. The manager or owner made it happen and got us a table when they were full capacity. Just shows their awesome service.Let's get into the food. We started off with dates wrapped in bacon and the carpaccio. Both were excellent and full of flavor.The steaks were out of this world and the pork belly was perfection.Loved our server, she was awesome and funny.I'm having some friends fly down and visit me in April and I will be bringing them here.I highly recommend this place.

The best service in the sexiest secret steakhouse in Scottsdale. Even the art is daringly revealing and conversation-provoking. All of their drinks are fantastic, but some of their food items I love the best are the wagyu hot rock, the truffle meatballs (I order these every single time and I have never even liked meatballs before) and the carpaccio. I always order the carajillo (not on their drink menu but order it from here anyway) because it is the best one I have ever had and is far better than an espresso martini anywhere.

Absolutely amazing food. We try allot of good restaurants but the food and service here is superb. .. We started with wagyu meatballs, very soft to the pallet and not overpowering. Second was the Cesar salad that had to have been the best Caesar salad this year. To finalize the main dishes we had the chimichurri scallops and the prime ribeye. Both dishes had a plentiful serving along with the best side char-grilled vegetables. For drinks we had the prime old fashion full of sweet cherry flavor. The expresso martini which had freshly graded expresso beans the minute it was ordered and the topo chico margarita which was refreshing. All in all it's a must stop must have restaurant if your in the downtown Scottsdale area

The ambiance of JT prime is described in one word. SEXY. If you are looking for a fantastic intimate date night spot, this is the place. Secluded. Sexy. Classy. The food was top notch as well. Our server was so attentive!! Definitely one of our fav places in Scottsdale!

2 1/2 stars only because i expected a bit more for the prices (im not that picky but only if it's high pricing which i dont mind if its worth it) I got steak cooked medium i feel like it was a little flavorless and seasoned poorly mashed potatoes were good vegetables decent however i did enjoy the portions for the price my boyfriend and i got the mushroom and pesto appetizer it was very good, pesto is house made bread could've been bettermy boyfriends lemon sauce on his tiger shrimp dish was very good but shrimp quality was okay i loves the ambiance definitely different than all the other places in scottsdale.
