Really, a perfect bar. It's really a locals bar with solid food, great service and a kickass beer and alcohol selection, served by bartenders who are fun to talk to. Erin, Jesse, Esther, Jill, Alicia and the guys are just great.

This is my neighborhood watering hole, a perfect divey sports bar that is everything a dive should be: they most always have your game on, and if not, they will turn it on for you. A little darts, a little pool, some pull tabs, good variety on the taps and good prices on the hooch. Fun and diverse music on the occasionally psychic jukebox (it has mysteriously played music by artists we were just talking about on more than one occasion). The menu is classic burger-centric bar food, and portions are generous.They can be understaffed at times (missing star) which can make eating here problematic. A couple times I stopped in for lunch, and could only get a beer because the line bartender was also trying to be the cook. Another time, the overwhelmed barkeep completely forgot that I had ordered food. I certainly understand the necessity of keeping down payroll expenses, having been a manager before. But it would be good if they offered a limited menu the staff can handle instead of letting customers down.The staff is engaging and they keep the mood light and fun most of the time. It can get busy, especially weekends, so come armed with a little patience and positivity!Recommended for dive-lovers stranded on the Eastside!

Three stars for jalapeño poppers.1 star for chicken wings. My hubby got JP and chicken wing and those who wings are really tasteless and very very dry it was so dry that you need water to swallow. Seems like after frying they were outside for long long time. What you fried them in morning and giving for Dinner? Guys please taste your one Chicken wing I really Insist.

As far as dive bars... this one's a Winner!!! Cold beer and knowledgeable bartenders created a wonderful vacation for my tastebuds! All of the TVs, dartboards, pool tables, and decor created an entertaining experience! Could be a little cleaner but great dive bar for sure!

I feel like I'm in an episode of Cheers. Where every body knows your name. Can I love a bar more, without feeling like I drink all the time? Love this place. I've been coming here for over 10 years and it keeps getting better and better. First, let me say at first glance this place is a divey sports bar, with the usual pool table, pull tabs, and Dart boards. But it's so much more!You have of course the regulars who come here week after week. You have the weekly karaoke nights with singers filled with liquid courage. You have the intellectuals who attend trivia night. You have your pool masters and self proclaimed drinking masters. But what is most impressive is the diversity of people. The full rainbow spectrum. All inclusive. All excepting. And believe me you, the owners and bartenders will ensure all is welcome!The staff here is THE best in town. Remembers your name and drinks and can potentially be your BFF. They have no problem with dealing with patrons who discriminate or disrespects. The drinks here are strong and the portions are too big to finish (not complaining). The music is a variety of everything. And the space is pretty big. I can't say enough about this place. I don't get to come as often, now that I live on the other side of the water. But I definitely come by when ever I'm in town. Love this place!

Normally come in on sundays to shoot pool and have a good time, bar tender has always been very nice, came in on July 5th no customers in the bar and tried to have a happy bar tender thought breaking the ice with a little joke would be ok and bar tender was not friendly by any means we drink our one drinks paid tab and left immediately. I don't ever complain but for the first time I was not happy about spending money and feeling like we were not we

Michael's- Happily supporting gender based harassment from adult men for 10+ years.Joe B., or "Dragon" which he claims to be called by, is really cool and since I'm his ex girlfriend from a one week relationship 10+ after the fact when I was 21 and he was 39, got me kicked out of the bar. He's really cool. He has anger issues and chased me down the street because I asked him for space because he had been yelling at me and when he started getting aggressive with me, decided to break up with him... keep in mind this is over 10+ years ago, and he is an adult ass man with the ability to communicate and use his human, verbally-speaking mouth and I never did anything that was actually wrong or illegal. So the BAR themselves kicked me out after overserving me over 5+ drinks that contained liquor, and I'm sitting outside trying to call an UBER at 5:45am because harassing women is cool beans with them. Also, I really really want to stress that this was a one week relationship that happened two years ago and I broke up with him because HE was yelling at me. I don't know how that with how that means I deserve getting kicked out of two bars because of a guy TWO DECADES my senior is so cool he reserves the right. Since there's only 2 bars in Redmond and all 2 of them are siding with Joe, I view this as a complete and total discrimination. I have been buying drinks all night and playing pool and music at the jukebox. Can I get a refund? Also I'm Hella drunk and can't call my bank to transfer funds. Did I mention they left me outside here for no logical reason? I didn't even do anything bad to this guy.

I love everything about this place. I would give them five stars except they have the second grumpiest bartender in Redmond. (You cannot beat the grumpy level at Malt and Vine, that's impossible). They used to have such vibrant, fun workers... not sure what happened along the way.
