J Louis Cakes

Tacoma mall location. I Stood at the counter for about 7 or 8 minutes and the lady in the back wouldn't come take my order. She was oblivious to a customer standing at the counter. Ignoring customers isn't good for business. No need to go back.

Ordered on a Thursday night for a Saturday birthday and the cake was amazing decorated just like I had asked. The flavor I choose was vanilla with vanilla mouse and it was delicious. Thank you so much oh and it came in a box very easy to transport

3 things.1. PINK CHAMPAGNE CAKE - best cake you'll ever bite into.2. Have a scoop or two of their gelato . . . and if it's a hard core cheat day, go for a slice of the pink champagne cake to complement your gelato.3. Any of their other cakes are almost just as bomb as the Pink Champagne!J Louis, you guys are a hidden gem and I do send all the positive small business owner energy straight your way so you'll be in business for centuries!

Love it here! My husband and I are a big fan of their gelato. Their pistachio actually tastes like pistachio and doesn't have the green dye in them. Highly recommend coming here and we will definitely be back next time! :)

This place is either closed or they moved from location. They were across from Macy's in Tacoma Mall. I called there was no answer and messaged them on IG they saw my message but didn't replied. I thought maybe I need to drive all the way to Tacoma mall to get a quote but today that I stopped by it was closed. Save yourself a trip.

No mames, letty is definitely a liar. This place is bomb perito. Good ass cake that reminds me of my childhood and moms house when she use to make it god bless her soul. She ain't dead but just far away. Good paletas too dawg. Support small local business perito.

My significant other ordered me a tres leches cake from here on Thursday for my birthday today. It's so good I'm so happy this is where my cake was ordered we will definitely be ordering from here again

I needed a custom cake for my Dad's 90th Birthday. The problem was in trying to organize a family reunion, I forgot to order the cake! When I called several other bakeries they wanted 2 weeks in advance. Luckily J Louis Cakes came through for me and made a wonderful cake in time for the Reunion.

No displayed pricing, crappy customer service which made us walk away. We asked for the menu with pricing and he said, "What do you want? I can tell you all the prices." That shows lack of transparency which I'm not down with

This was my first time ever getting a custom cake. Not only did they nail it with the design and flavors but because of my nephews peanut allergy they were super careful with ingredients and making sure it was 100% safe. I will definitely be coming back
