Yogurtland - Newport Ave

Yogurtland Self service options are the best. After dinner, I always just want a little something sweet and creamy and nutty and this place always does the trick. For under $2.00, I can be satisfied. However, if I feel like splurging, that is also an option. A great place for family and friends to enjoy something sweet. Parking is easy. Indoor seating is available. Service is good.

I am writing this review particularly for Samuel who worked on a BOGO night. My fiancé and I couldn't help notice Samuel's attitude and hardwork on a busy night. He made sure to wipe the counter and dispenser area any time he got a chance. He refilled the toppings right away. He put all the spoons in the bottom right corner after customers leave. We saw him doing these tasks at least four times during our 20 minute stay.We have never been this impressed by a restaurant staff. He has this sense of ownership where he works at this place as this is his own store and he takes care of the place so well by keeping everything clean and tidy.Even though Samuel did two peoples' jobs like a boss, Yogurtland needs to have at least two staffs on a BOGO night. There's such a heavy demand on these nights.

This is 2nd time stop by and we enjoyed our time with our choose good yogurt , nice service here.

i went on national froyo day so i know business was heavier than usual but when i went, boy oh boy it was a disaster. all the machines were down except for like 3 flavors. i feel like yogurtland as an establishment should have been better prepared for the masses especially since they have been advertising the BOGO deal for this day. i am very sorry to the workers who had to deal with the mess that the broken machines made as well as the giant crowd of ppl they seemingly weren't prepared for. i really hope yogurtland can improve their planning for this day next year bc i genuinely love froyo and want to have an enjoyable BOGO experience

Yogurtland is my favorite froyo spot! There are plenty of sweet flavors, and tart ones for those that prefer that true yogurt taste. I have been using the app for rewards for years and years! You get points at every visit, and a $5 reward to use for your birthday. I love so many flavors, sometimes it's hard to choose, so I usually get 2 or 3 flavors in one cup. The fruit flavors always taste exactly like the fruit. I don't know how they do it, or why other chains can't do that, but that's why this place is my go-to for froyo!

Wonderful flavor options & amazing toppings! I've gone for years to this location, so I know their options pretty well. My favorites are the coconut, rocket pop, and strawberry lemonade flavors. Plus, the popping boba topping (strawberry & mango) is out of this world! Highly recommend going before nightfall, since they might be out of a flavor you like. Even then, you might find something new you'd like to try :D

This location is ignoring this posted give away and making people spend 15 dollars to get a spoon, they are also limiting people to one spoon per transaction instead of the posted 4 as pictured below. The ownership of this location is putting their frontline workers in a terrible position where they have to follow orders that fly in the face of this giveaway and opening their people up to abuse. After spending the 15 dollars we were given an excuse that the owner said sorry he did not know what his own signage said. We weren't offered any type of reparations for the extra money we'd had to spend after being given false information from the clerk. To be absolutely clear we do not fault the clerk for following orders from Managment.

This isn't a review but I'm just curious if this yogurt land takes cash since i heard some places don't? And only take card.

Walked in ~9pm on 5/3/24 with party of four then immediately walked out. Place smelled overwhelmingly of bleach/cleaner. Floor, tables, chairs, counters, toppings area and machines were gross dirty. Machine catch basin areas were overflowing with melted product. Spills and nakpins all over the floor.Employees were nowhere to be seen. This place is very poorly managed and is a horrible representative of the chain. IMO they should lose their franchise. We went to the Fullerton store instead.

The service was horrible, the cashier had visible dirt in his nails and accidentally dipped his fingers in my yogurt when putting on the lid after taking 5 minutes to ring me up. He was sneezing and coughing without covering his mouth and I can visibly see the snot coming out of his nose. I didn't catch his name but he was pale and short and had a freaky ass laugh. Never going bringing my kids again
