Friendly service! Went in on a Sunday night and the worker was quick to greet everyone as they arrived and left. Clean store and tidy, well-stocked topping section!

The flavours are good, if you like fabuloso. Seriously guys, cut that nasty stuff out. As soon as I walk in the door I cannot smell, nor taste anything else but that cheap cleaner. 20ins later I can still taste and smell fabuloso, so I couldn't tell you how the yogurt actually tastes...

Finally the rink was right to stop for some Fro Yo on our Roadtrip to Cali from Canada! The kiddo and I had left the rest of the fam jam at the hotel for some quiet and downtime so we hit up target and stopped here en route. The store was clean and bright BUT had the strongest cleaning product smell I have ever encountered in a food service place in my life. It was so strong that my son and I both agreed we cousins not eat inside. Thankfully it was a bit overcast and breezy enough that we were able to comfortably sit outside for our treat before hitting up Target (in the same complex).They had a couple cool things here that we've never encountered in our local Fro Yo shops back home like whole lychee fruit and chocolate shell topping! The kiddo always fills his bowl too fast so our total was more than I'd like but the smile on his face made it worth the stop. We only saw one staff on our visit but they were attentive and helpful with the little taster cups. Unfortunately the Fro Yo was pretty liquidy (is that even a word, lol) here and melting instantly even as it hit the sample cups. I made a pretty small bowl (1/4 full) and it was melting by the time I paid and sat down.

The Pineapple Mango flavor was pretty delicious yesterday if you are into fruit flavors instead a more decadent chocolate or churro cinnamon. Vanilla and Cheesecake are also usually always a safe choice as well. They do offer sample cups which are always a good thing if you aren't sure about a flavor like the boba tea - they nailed the flavor, but it is on the sweeter brown sugar side and missing the boba chewy texture. My stars of my review are based in regards to how they handle stacking chairs prior to closing time. I noticed a group of people who came after us who thought they were about to close because one staff member was stacking all the chairs in the dining area up - he responded to them that they weren't closing tho. Overall, the store was clean and the staff were friendly, and this is usually one of the better locations to go to... apparently earlier than later.

Yogurtland gift cards are the favorite gift cards to giveaway for kids gifts and I often purchase them in store and online. This is the closest Yogurtland to us so we frequently come here. My kids and I came here on 6/11 for the Lilac Spoon Giveaway Promotion. At the time of checkout, the cashier gave me the option to use a credit I had, so I used it. I asked if I received any spoons with my purchase and the cashier handed me 1. 2 of the 3 kids were excited to receive one since I knew we'd spend around $24. Each $12 spent would give you 1 spoon. The promo stated **Max of 4 spoons per transaction and when I asked if I received a 2nd spoon since my original total was around $24 she said no. I said okay, thinking maybe the $12 for each spoon was before tax, which I'd totally understand. When I asked more about the promo, the cashier stated that it's 1 spoon per transaction. My 11 year old was confused because he saw the promo highlight that I saw too, so then I pointed to the board and said "well it states here that it's 4 spoons max per transaction." She mentioned "no it's 1 spoon per transaction" implying that no matter how much I spent on one transaction, I would still only receive 1 spoon, without giving options to find a solution to my issue. These promos give stores the opportunity to upsell and make higher sales. I would've bought into it myself if she would've said, "no problem, here is why you received one spoon, but if you'd like to receive a second spoon, just add this much to your total with more yogurt or toppings or decline the credit you used for another time". A simple problem solving would've solved this. But this is a case of "I'm right, you're wrong"... Stuff like this usually doesn't bother me, but this incident got me a little upset. I reached out to corporate about this and after a few emails with guest relations, they pulled my receipt and confirmed that it was correct that I received one spoon. Which I'm totally okay with. But, no acknowledgement of me being misinformed. At this point it's not about how many spoons I received, it's about how the information was relayed, and how I was dismissed by the cashier and now guest relations. So now I'm left feeling like they're not concerned about their employee misinforming customers with wrong info or the customer experience. This experience has me reassessing my consumer loyalty.

Froyo. Need i say more? This place isn't closed. It's very much open. Took my son, who's a Thai tea lover here. They have seasonal flavors (mint) also aside from generic vanilla bean, cookies and cream, mango, etc. Toppings are varied and satisfying. Staff does a decent job keeping the place clean. Would come back. Parking is relatively hassle free

CLOSED!! This location is DISCO!!Out of business, so sad! My family has enjoyed this location for many many years. Don't forget there is another great yoghurt place up street, Americas Cup is our favorite!! OUT OF BUSINESS!!

Probably my favorite Yogurtland, always clean, pretty much spotless actually, the employees are always really friendly, and they have a great variety of toppings. Favorite toppings right now are definitely the popping boba and fresh fruit!

Great yogurt and amazing toppings but prices are really steep for yoghurt. I like the flavors are constantly changing. If price wasn't such a big deal I'd give it 5

Amazing so clean and staff are so nice came July 31 at 4 pm will come back!!!!! Everything is fresh and clean recommend
