If you like the atmosphere and food of an old-school traditional diner, then this is the place for you. I came here for a "breakfast for lunch" (they do breakfast all day) and was surprised how much I loved it.As I entered the restaurant I noticed a whiteboard with the day's specials and saw one item that appealed to me: chocolate-strawberry milkshake. Although it isn't exactly what one gets to accompany breakfast, it was the first thing I ordered. And WOW! Not only was it was incredible but it also came with the tin so it was two milkshakes in one. It was a bit on the pricier side but worth every penny.For my meal I ordered the chorizo and eggs which came with toast (sourdough) and a side (I chose hashbrowns).The chorizo and eggs was phenomenal. Plenty of tasty chorizo was mixed together with the scrambled eggs. They provided some sour cream and guacamole to the side which added some taste variety to some bites. The hasbrowns were perfect, crisp on top and soft and greasy beneath. Greasy in a deliciously good diner way. Often I erroneously think of diner food as substandard but this place blew me away. I left a very happy fellow.

Guess I should have come here and looked at the reviews before checking it out. Started off with hanging out about 15 mins before we got our drinks ordered, then was another 15 plus mins before they took our food order.I had chicken fried steak and the boyfriend had a Woody's omlet. He said his omlet was just ok, I ate my eggs, toast, and cottage cheese, but only had a few bites of the chicken fried steak. It was really greasy and the gravy was bland and cold. It was almost fast food like, not restaurant quality. I think it's just a frozen pre breaded patty they just tossed in the fryer, and it wasn't even hot. The party of 3 next to us at the bar all had something wrong with their meal. One person ordered home fries but got hashbrowns, one guy said no sour cream and wanted salsa, didn't get his salsa and it has sour cream he took off it it, and then get this, the lady ordered a sandwich and cup of clam chowder, and they accidentally gave her GRAVY instead of clam chowder in her cup. The server didn't apologize to them at all, was so strange, he kind of just laughed it off, got the girl a chowder, but didn't fix the other two orders. I was a bit baffled by it. And he didn't bother asking how our food was or say anything about the fact that I left almost the entire chicken fried steak on my plate.The fruit flies all over the bar were a huge turn off, constantly swatting them away from our food. We definitely won't be back.

Went to Woody's Diner for breakfast and had a wonderful dining experience. My server was Yair and what a great person and terrific service. I had the Baja omelet with home fries and sourdough toast. I also had an OJ and coffee and Yair made sure my cup was topped off regularly. The ambiance is always positive and peaceful.Yair recognized me and we had a wonderful conversation. I told him about the loss of my mom and he was so compassionate and went the extra mile making a call to a mutual friend.Highly recommended

I genuinely enjoy visiting this place for breakfast and brunch. The service is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly attentive. They always check in to ensure everything is perfect and continuously refill my coffee. On my last visit, I ordered the Farmers Benedict, and I was absolutely delighted by it. The flavors were perfectly balanced, creating a comforting and hearty dish reminiscent of Southern comfort food. It's always a treat to start my day here!

Nice Hawaiian themed dinner, good food, service a little slow but over all not a bad experience. Their steak sandwich with onion rings is pretty good, but the ranch is definitely a plus when eating them.

Cute little diner, lots of seating, fairly good parking.Food: Meh. Was hoping for fab diner food but this was very mediocre. I had the veggie scramble with home fries, just o.k. Lisa had the chicken fajitas. I have to say the chicken was delicious but the peppwrs onions and beans were very salty.The crowning glory: DESSERT. 10 stars!!! And we didn't share. We each got our own. Lisa had the Brownie sundae, which had a brownie on the bottom with vanilla ice cream and generous hot fudge on top. I had the sundae served in the traditional sundae dish, with layers of vanilla ice cream, caramel, fudge and whipped cream. I would drive back to Laguna just for the dessert.Had a fun time and would go back. But I wouldn't have the scramble.

Smells like a frikkin sewer in hereDear Lord Jesus, please don't let me get sick. If you value cleanliness and freshness, or if you have normal smelling faculties, you might not want to come here. I was here a few years ago and left. Was told they've cleaned up. It still reeks like TJ

Very impressed by the food! My family of four went about 2 months ago and the food was hearty and delicious. Went on Kids Eat Free Wednesday so it was worth it! They did not skimp on service or food with this "free" night.Appreciate Janet's hospitality and fun personality! Ask for her as your server when you are there!

Very yummy food! Loved my blacken chicken spring salad! I also could not resist the beer batter fries are soooo crispy deliciousness! The waiter was very nice and attentive. Will be coming back for sure!!!

I've eaten here before and loved it. But phone orders always been iffy. I ordered a sandwich and a skillet, with very minor changes. All changes were repeated back to me over the phone. And upon opening it at home, none of the modifications were made.
