Wingstop

I usually order from the MacArthur and Bristol location and I love wingstop so much. This is my first time at this location on Warner however it will be my last time.I ordered 30 wings and they were all cold. Not hot, not warm, but legit COLD like they were made earlier this morning or they were made yesterday and put in the fridge. I literally live 5 mins from the wingstop so I didn't expect them to be hot from the fryer but I also didn't expect them to be cold. My husband and I literally lost our appetite trying to eat them.Horrible, won't be back to this place.

I've never had a bad experience at any Wingstop location I've visited so it saddens me to see so many negative reviews. I usually get my boneless wings and fries well done, they've always tasted outstanding. Upon my recent visit, I accidentally ordered for the wrong store and the employees were very kind and gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. I headed to this original location and my order was already waiting for me. I was kindly greeted, got my food, served my drink and was walking out the store. On my way out, one of the employees yelled "thank you have a great night" and that really went a long way for me. Most ppl welcome you into a store but that welcomed me back. Such great people and hard workers.

Another good Wingstop location I had to yelp about. We had lunch here yesterday, and it was good . Didn't take forever to get our food since we put inside a early order. Love the lemon fresh sauce wings and french fries. Food is all good here too.

The food was came out quick and was delicious! It was hot and everything was great. The only issue was that they ran out of forks but that wasn't a big deal. 5 STARSS!!!

This was actually my first time at a Wing Stop, and both my boyfriend and I wished it was a better experience. This is a new location that just opened up next to the Dominos in the Food 4 Less parking lot. I came across an online promo code for 5 free boneless wings good through February 25th 2024 and only for this Santa Ana one, but you have to order online. I was confused at first because there is no 5 wings item on the regular menu. But I figured out that it's an item offered as an add-on after you've ordered your wings. Then after selecting that, you enter the promo code and click the plus (+) sign, then check out. It will take about 15-20 minutes for your order to be ready. I read the few reviews written so far and unfortunately I am also disappointed at the quality. The classic bone-in wings didn't even look right. I would not recommend those. Now the boneless wings, they were good; both in flavor and appearance. My boyfriend was the most let down because he loves this chain. We will definitely not be coming back to this specific one.

We ordered a 40 piece family bundle pack with 4 different flavors. We wanted all boneless and ten bone-in only since the kids don't like bone-in. The flavors we got were lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian and a ten piece bone-in Barbecue.We reached home half-hour later to find out our order was wrong and they did the opposite. They gave us everything bone-in and only ten piece boneless barbecue. We checked our receipt and noticed Jacquelyn took our order wrong from the beginning. Always check your receipt, you can't trust the workers.

Best wings!! in the city nice workers I definitely recommend and will come again!!!!The price is affor and bear a great location

Every worker greeted each person who walked through the door with a smile and "welcome in" and said "thanks for coming" to everyone who left the store. Very amazing customer service!! Such kind workers

Waited more than 25 minutes just for them to complete a phone order. I told them my name for the order, they told me it was under a different name. Okay, fine they tell me to wait and it'll be out soon. Sat there for a very long time while people who ordered after me were leaving with their food before mine. After this happened several times I went up to the counter and asked why it's taking so long. Said it was Adam and they double checked and what do you know, food was sitting on the rack for almost 10 minutes. Love cold wings, who doesn't. They were not that busy and staffed well enough for this to not have happened. Definitely don't order online or over the phone if you don't wanna wait 30 minutes or more after already arriving.

This review has nothing to do with the employees working there. This review is based on all the managers from Wingstop. I went to eat with my daughters right away I noticed all the managers were having a meeting, meaning there is nowhere to sit. The meeting took up 95% of the chairs. We got our food and ate and not one single manager offered to give up the chairs for a CUSTOMER. They were about 15 or so managers in the meeting. It clearly shows you the lack of customer service management has at Wingstop. If I could rate the managers only I will give them a -100.
