Wingstop

What's not to love about Wingstop. So many different flavors, with bone and without bone. I personally love that lemon chicken. The rest of the family seem to like the hot flavored boneless. On the cob is seasoned deliciously. Customer service was spot on, friendly. Prices are actually reasonable.

First time at Wingstop. Staff was very friendly and helpful and greeted everyone who came through the door. Staff explained the sauces and made good suggestions. We got a 20 piece boneless meal and chose Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Mild and Hawaiin. All of the sauces were good. Nothing was oversauced at all, which was nice. Chicken was cooked perfect, not overcooked. There was no grisle in the chicken at all.The ONLY thing that we didn't like was that they charge for ranch. WHAT??? It's a wing place. Ranch and Blue Cheese are part of wings. $1.65 for a small helping of Ranch? Ridiculous. I don't know if that's normal for all Wingstops, or just this location. The fries were very good. BUT. Half of them were barely room temperature while half of them were on fire.

By far this Wingstop is the WORST! Sadly, it's the one that all the delivery services default to where I live. in my family of five, we order Wingstop at least three times a week. We LOVE Wingstop - just not the lake Forest location. We often order it late at night and without fail our orders come incorrect or not the way we requested. The worst part is they are horrible at seasoning. We always order extra fry seasoning, but the fries come naked. We order hot honey rub - the wings are naked. Does the person seasoning the food pay for it???Additionally, we never cook well done even if you check well done it's just the worst location. Do yourself a favor and choose a different restaurant if this is what DoorDash or Postmates gives you for your location.

Love the new team. Jose was amazing and authentic. Thank you so much Jose for being friendly and positive. I love Wingstop, perfect for Monday night football and after a long shift.

They only accept cash and they have no sign outside that says so. They wait until after you order to tell you their policy.

Trying the lemon herb remix!Very much enjoyed it. Easy parking and online ordering. It was ready as soon as it estimated it would be.I ate outside which is nice cause the indoor seating can be a little tight. Staff was nice.My chicken was huge! Not a problem but the portion sizes were not the same. Some huge boneless wings the others small. Flavor was delicious though!

lost my business I purchase 45 pieces of wings and I get one ranch and then they wanna charge you $1.65 For Ranch WTF !!! DONE NEVER AGAIN... #Santoras

I've had a few bad experiences with this location. I ordered online for an 11:15pm pick-up, arrived right on time at 11:16pm, only to find my order wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, which was frustrating. This hasn't been a one-off incident -- it's happened multiple times. I've tried to be patient, but the poor timing and lack of preparation have left me disappointed every time. The food is good, but the service just isn't reliable. I'm not sure I'll keep coming back at this point.

Could not order on-line, system would not accept code. I call and ordered which attended confirm order with free sandwich. Once I arrived the order was incorrect, missing 10 boneless wings and charging for chicken sandwich. Manager added the missing wings to order and added to bill but could not help with promotion. Very disappointed with whole process.

Very disappointing AGAIN! This is at least the third time we've had an issue with ordering from here. I placed the order over the phone and it was taken by an AI. Everything was repeated correctly but when I arrived at the store - my order was completely wrong. A new order had to be started and got put in the que as if I just walked in....i therefore waited over 45 minutes to receive my order after placing the phone order. My order should have been rushed.
