Winchell's Donuts

Since this is the closest donut shop by work, I tend to come here quite often to pick up a dozen or two for my coworkers. This visit in particular, I came to place an order for an event we were having for our students. Unfortunately, I had to go in person because for some reason their phone number was not accepting calls. I was able to place the order in person and was a little hesitant since they do not have official order forms. On day of pick up, they didn't know about my order, but were able to put it together fairly quick. The staff is really nice here and hustle int he morning, epecially because it does get very busy. The donuts itself are delicious. They are soft and not too sweet. My favorite are maple bars and they make those perfectly. There is a small dining/seating area to enjoy your breakfast and coffee before you head out. The dining area is really clean and has a great amount of seating. If you are ordering to go, you may have to wait a bit because this is a prime location and many people stop here before heading to work. Overall, great donuts, great service, so I will definitely be back.

Winchell's almost feels like a time capsule to me. I've passed by the outside and taken a look inside for years and years and it seems to have never changed and kept its less modernized style. This location may be very clean, but the aged interior makes it seem otherwise. There is no seating available outside, however, there is some on the inside and it did not seem busy enough in the afternoon for it to fill up.I originally intended to buy several donut holes, but was told they did not have anymore available. Instead, I went with a box of half a dozen donuts. They had a small selection of seasonal donuts decorated in themes of orange, black, and white and I mostly used those to fill my box. They tasted alright and were at an okay price point overall. I'd also like to add that I believe that the staff were lovely and kind. The person who took my order was so patient with me as I can be indecisive when it comes to putting together a box.

No sense of urgency. I came in for 3 donuts. Instead of ringing up my donuts, the girl stood there to wait for the gallon of coffee to brew. She charged me 3 donuts and only gave me 2.

Breakfast burrito took 3 minutes to make , but the cook took 10 min to make a breakfast sandwich when he realize I wad first. The burrito was so gross. I tossed the rest of it in the trash after one bite. Bought a donut there , WAAAAYYY to sweet!!!! Threw that away too. Never again will I go to that store . Service was shiit , food was worse.

Super convenient because they're open 24 hours, and the bagels are delicious!! The wait was only 5 minutes for our order and we went when there were people waiting in the line.

Winchell's is staple donut shop that's been around as long as I can remember. Sadly, the stores look like. The franchise needs a major remodel as it's dark brown/yellow decor is so outdated. With that, it was clean when I arrived although a little worn. Donuts are as you expect them to be. There's nothing fancy here with Fruit Loops or crushed Oreo's on top. What you get is a solid donut. I also picked up a couple bagels for the morning which were pretty good. The employees were friendly enough, which is nice at 11pm at night when stopping for a sweet treat.

Love the fresh doughnuts and orange juice taste very fresh aswell and there very good with their customer service

Donuts be dry asf. Gonna need some water or something to hydrate you. I had asked for plain donuts and got pumpkin flavored, they looked very similar, should've had a label to know the difference. Got my money back, have to go when it's fresh out but good luck w. that.

Entire Uber eats wrong....called store and no one speaks English, to let them know and ask why.....full refund from Uber but a shame that most went in the trash. I don't eat the donuts they selected for my order. So ridiculous that they can't get a $14.00 order correct. What a shame.Donuts taste horrible. Not the Winchells we used to know and love.Bagel is horrible....this is unbelievable that this location is still open...seriously.

Idk if it's just when I go but most the times they only speak Spanish lmao why is that Tryna to explain I need a refund is hard because you charged me a whole dozen pack instead of two donuts
