Quaint little coffee company that's been around for 21 years! I don't know how we never stumbled upon this place. Owner is easy going and served us up some lattes. Nothing frilly but just good ol' lattes. Yum! Coffee is roasted in house and you can expect that it tastes as good as it smells. Definitely check out this local spot! *It's a hidden gem located in the plaza behind Eller bakery.

This place never fails to provide a good cup of coffee. From drip to espresso, every drink is perfectly made every time at a reasonable price. This is a small coffee shop that packs a punch with their coffee and customer service. There might be other coffee shops with nicer walls and more tables but the best coffee is Wilson Coffee!

Loveeeee their espresso beans! Can't believe they've been around for 20+ years! My only regret is not coming here sooner. It's amazing how organic beans made with love can brighten up your morning. I will support this local small business and rave about them to friends and family. Can't wait to try their other coffee blends and teas.

A super neat find I don't want anyone to know about-- even though I wasn't the one who found it. I don't want to share. Great freshly roasted coffee beans for all those who're caffeine-with-taste addicts. This workshop is so fun and rustic while also completely functional by all accounts-- I want to setup a work area here and slowly take over at least half the shop. Whoever it is that works there are always super nice and Knowledgeable with what we all crave. Taste and jitters.

There is no sign on the outside and you have to go in the parking area to see the shop. I have been buying Wilson coffee from Fermentation Farm and I have always thought it's just coffee beans and tea packages and not over the counter coffee. Well now I was happy to see they have over the counter coffee. I was asking Matt how long has the counter been open and he said 12 years. And I was shocked as I always thought it's only a coffee roaster place. He said this is the normal reaction of folks coming in and ordering coffee. I know Wilson coffee is passionate about coffee roasting and having a cup of coffee feels like as fresh as I can get. You know where the beans are being roasted. The cool thing about this place is it's simplicity and attention to the coffee bean. No frills, just the best coffee bean in the neighborhood.

I love getting my coffee beans from this place. It's usually the same guy at the front and he always makes the best recommendations based off what I'm looking for. It's also nice to talk to someone who roasts beans and is familiar with the different styles of brewing because I can get his thoughts based off of things that I have read/heard.I've purchased several bags and my favorite so far has been the espresso mix.

Wilson is a fantastic local coffee roaster that delivers solid beans with plenty choices to choose from. Their morning blend is my personal favorite but their signal origins are delicious as well. Great cold brew. Can't go wrong with one of OC's premiere coffee roasters.

They have the best coffee ! It's a small business.I gave away my Nespresso because Wilson coffee is the best.

Wilson Coffee has a robust selection with great price and service. Came by to pick up some coffee beans for gifts and the person working gave great recommendations. Espresso also tasted great.

I ordered an iced latte. The guy literally scooped the ice out of a drawer with his bare hands, made my coffee, the took cash as payment. He then went to help the next customer without washing his hands. Health department needs to check this place out.
