I do really enjoy their burgers here. The simple Dave single. I never get a stomach ache here as I do with most burgers these days. Want to try their hot wings. I always get their unsweetened ice tea. Most of the time the fries are warm. Breakfast items that are new are divine. I won't be Coca Cola drinking until that brand undoes their wrongs of late.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two kid's meals, which come with a choice of apples or fries. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with apple bites and a nuggets meal. The employee rushed through my order and didn't ask what side I wanted for the nuggets. When I saw that both meals showed fries on the screen, I tried to clarify, but the employee was short and dismissive (in hindsight, maybe because I tried to get my order taken correctly they got offended or something, IDK). They did, however, make sure to tell me that I could only get one sauce for two kid's meals, so I said I'd pay for a second one. No problem.When I got my food, I checked the bag before leaving the parking lot and realized they forgot the apple bites and the second dipping sauce I paid for. Since there was no line, I drove back around to the window to get the missing items. A different employee, who said she was the manager (Alondra, I am assuming is her name from other poor reviews), came to the window. I calmly explained that my order was incorrect, thinking it would be a simple fix. Before I could even finish my sentences, she kept interjecting with an attitude, telling me I didn't need to be rude--except I wasn't being rude at all. If anything, I was confused as to why she was treating me like I was doing something wrong for just asking for what I ordered.At one point, the employee who originally took my order even said, "Nobody's talking to you." What? I still have no idea what their problem was, but by the end of it, I wasn't even upset about the missing food--I was upset at how they treated me. I asked for a refund and gave the food back because I refuse to spend my money somewhere that treats customers this way.To top it off, when I left some of my change on the counter because I didn't want it, the manager accused me of throwing it at her--completely ridiculous. I ended up cussing at her as I drove away because I was so riled up and disturbed by how she was talking to me that I just lost it. This experience left me feeling disrespected and completely shocked at the lack of professionalism. Over some measly apple bites and a dipping sauce! I left feeling bullied and berated!! If this manager truly represents the leadership at this Wendy's, it's no wonder there are numerous poor reviews about this location's service.

Quick service. Low end food but very quick service. If you're just in for a quick bite and wanna go real cheap, just get the $6 meal. Don't get each item individually because it'll cost more. Get the $6 biggie bag meal. Anyway quick drive thru service and was a staple when I went to Tustin high back then. Only diff now vs before is that you can easily see inflation when it comes to the prices. The spicy nuggets are awesome. The fries are mediocre at best. The baked potato is ... well u can't go wrong with a baked potato lol

The last few times I have been here I have ordered 10 piece chicken nugget meals for my elderly father only to come home and check the bag and there is only 9 nuggets in the bag. Really irritating and these meals aren't cheap!

Great service when I came in on foot they attended me right away and served me my food to go just as fast . Alondra in specific (I hope I spelled it correctly sorry) attended me right away as I was getting ready to leave helping me get the bbq sauce I wanted .

I had a sudden urge for a Chocolate Frosty with Fries, so we went to Wendy's. We ordered two Biggie Bags. For $6, you get your choice of a Double Stack, Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, or Crispy Chicken BLT + 4 PC. Nuggets, French Fries, and a Drink. It used to be $5, but with inflation, I'm not surprised the price went up by a $1. It's still a good value.

This Wendy's location is pretty much on point. I like using the system for since you earn points, get offers, and save money.The burgers can be over salted here though. I recently visited, and found once again, they seem to like to use too much salt.The food quality, other than the salt, is always good. They food is made fresh with exception to a few menu items.If you order fries without salt, they will make them fresh. I haven't seen an option on the app to say "No Salt" on the hamburgers though.If you don't want a certain topping, they seem to get that right 8 times out of 10. Check your order before you leave though.

Went through the drive thru tonight. It was fast. Paid $46 for a kid's meal, three burgers, three fries and two Frostys. Fist guy at the window hands me the Frostys. Then a lady hands me the kids meal and another bag and says "everything's in there." I ask for some ketchup and get some. Get home and it's missing a burger. No receipt. They had one job and they couldn't do it. I like Wendy's. It's a shame they aren't as good to their customers as they could be but alas there is no recourse when you're 15 minutes back home and someone in your house didn't get their dinner.

i just recently moved to tustin and have came to this wendy's location 3 times and all 3 times they have given me cold fries that were clearly sitting for a long time. the nuggets cold as well. they have us waiting in drive thru for more than 5 minutes just to receive cold food, it makes no sense. they are very rude when you ask for extra sauce even though i'm not asking for it to be free i order it specifically when ordering my food so they charge me extra for the sauces. i'm definitely not gonna come to this location anymore bc clearly they cannot provide good service but i shouldn't have to drive further to a different location just because the workers here can't do their job right, it's ridiculous. wendy's, DO BETTER.

Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger. I got what looked like a double stack with no condiments on it. How does that happen?
