It was an ok experience here at Wendy's. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, around 2 pm or so. The drive-through was a bit busy but nothing crazy, no huge lines. Inside was empty, it was just us and another group of 3 people.The cashier was ok. Not rude or anything, she was just there. Not very friendly, or welcoming, no smiles of any kind. She took our order quickly and professionally. The food was ready by the time we were paying for our order lol. Fast food right? lol. The restaurant was clean inside, looked good. Lots of soft drink choices. The weird thing was that, there were no plastic utensils, napkins, nor straws out on the floor. They were all empty. When we got our food, they gave us a few napkins with it. Is that normal here? Weird. Not sure if I'll go back there. The food was ok. Nothing crazy, it was what you expect from a fast food restaurant. It was a bit on the pricey side though, at least that's what I thought.

I was in the mood for chicken nuggets so I asked my boyfriend who has the best! He was going over the list of all the fast food places and recommended this location to me. I saw they had spicy chicken nuggets so I ordered the 10 piece combo with fries and a Dr. Pepper. My boyfriend suggested I try the ghost pepper ranch and I got a regular ranch just in case it was too spicy. I was the only one in the drive thru so it was relatively fast. The guy working the window was nice and it was a short but pleasant interaction. I drove home and started eating my food. There was a piece of short black hair in my food which was a bit off putting but I was hungry so I removed it and finished eating. I understand things like this can happen in the fast food industry but maybe check the food before placing it in the bag. Especially if I'm the only person there.

Went by today for the first time in years - went through the drive through and the guy had me wait to order for no real reason but that was ok .Then I ordered a Classic chicken sandwich with a drink - he said something I couldn't understand him so I asked him to repeat what he said . He said something again and I just asked him to please repeat it again, he apologized and asked me to wait a min . I waited and when he returned I Just said it's a classic chicken sandwich with a drink that's all I want he said ok second window.When I got up there he did apologize for the wait again and he said $12.06 I was a bit shocked it cost that much for a sandwich and fries and a drink , guess that's why I cook at home . Well as for the food , Sandwich was ok it was a bit spicy but no lettuce was on it only one skimpy dead piece , so not happy . Looked nothing like the pics of course .Fries: Very very Salty ....Drink - it's a drink Will I go back ?? Ugh ? No . But thank you .

The worst Wedy's I have ever been to. Plenty of people working, none of them doing anything. The Manager literally could not speak English. Waited for 15 minutes for my order, got the wrong order when they finally gave my food. Literally, stay away. Pathetic, I'm ashamed they are even open.

This is the third time! GET THE ORDERS RIGHT!!!!! Your staff cannot get the orders correctly. Anything remotely outside the scope of meals with a number attached is beyond the ability of the person taking and/or bagging the order. This is not rocket science. Get it together! We won't be going back to Wendy's. Management needs to be retrained on how to run a successful team of employees!

We ordered 4 food and 2 beverage items from Wendy's Store at 30471 Avenida de las Flores, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 on 2022-08-20 at 11:40am.Observations / Recommendations:~ The food was average.- The order was inaccurate. I waited much longer than usual for my food. I asked for 4 ketchups and I was given 6 that were stuck together and covered in some old ketchup. I ordered a hamburger but was given a cheeseburger. I didn't find this out until I had already driven off. I ordered apples but was given french fries. I brought this to their attention and was given the apple bites. I was not given a receipt..- Please consider asking customers if they want utensils, condiments, and other extras rather than automatically including them. Oh boy do I have a BONE to pick with this f***** store. I'm an uber eats delivery person who had a catering order at this location some time ago I'm sure these dic*he*ds remember me. I walk in to meet some weird manager looking dude (could've just been an employee) already with no smile all anger and annoyance ask me "who for" I instinctively wanted to move away from him but told him, since I wasn't sure he even worked there (he was 10 steps away from the counter much closer to the door) like a guard dog. I move to the counter kind of ignoring him because he just looks confused as I show him the order # and name. I ask the ladies at the front to help me out before they can even say anything he comes around and says "we don't have this order". I'm confused don't know what to do he then keeps going back and forth with me saying he can't make the order because it's not in the system. Ideally I wouldn't care but this was a 40$ order placed 2 hours ago through their app. Everyone here is Hispanic by the way and I think this goes along with what happened on this fine day. The women are staring at me with this blank but I have to say almost and I mean this to my core "fearful" look that I still don't quite understand. I already had a feeling how this was gonna go so I already stepped to the side and said give me a second I'll try to deal with this I call uber eats support and customer who are both also confused but say if the restaurant can make the order then that's great otherwise it has to be cancelled (support's side) while customer really wants their food and doesn't mind waiting some time, but are really confused because on their end they paid and placed it two hours ago but thanked me for trying so hard and going above and beyond to try and get the food 4 them and her employees (lunch hour for catering). I go back to the front the guy already immediately says to me (while I'm already on the phone clearly) that I need to contact uber support and the customer I tell him I'm already doing that and have done it I have the order on my phone so support and I are both saying if they could make the food that's on my phone we can all move on. He seems to get even more annoyed and frustrated and keeps saying I can't make the food if it's not showing on the system which is weird because it's their location he was convinced it was the wrong location but I verified it with him and the ladies over and over. At this point honestly I'm getting a little annoyed I wait over 30 minutes filled with confusion until finally one of the ladies taking pity on me says if we have the time we'll make the food. I'm so happy but she I think goes back inside to talk about this with the one strange angry man working there. I didn't understand the big deal as customer was willing to provide a screenshot showing how food was paid for but this STRANGE AND F**** UP LOCATION just actually REFUSED to make the food for some reason which I couldn't understand since you know YOURE A RESTAURANT. She goes back and this is where I actually got a little scared too angry guy is gone somewhere now (I'm guessing the back or his "office") I think he's still frustrated that I'm still there but I don't want to miss out on this delivery it was one of my biggest ones. She comes back looking INCREDIBLY AND I MEAN THIS SCARED. And tells me with the eyes of an animal who looks like they're about to be slaughtered "that they can't make anything for me especially" now there are three women all looking at me as if I'm the scary one no one was cooking no one was doing anything other than just STARING AT ME (like other reviews have also mentioned staff doing at this weird location) and so I got freaked out and even said to them that is totally your choice but uber eats told me if you could make it I can continue with the delivery no she just said "we can't make any food for you" with the eyes of a teacher who has just kicked me out for reasons unbeknown to me. I left within 30 seconds because I knew she went back to the guy inside who must have exploded and just said I'm not making this apparently for "me" especially when I'm just a driver. I find this so incredibly rude and unprofessional because not only did you skilmp out on me losing my money that day you also inconvenienced a customer as well as uber eats all because your system wasn't working and you didn't want to do your job to try and fix whatever was happening that day with the food and the order. I went outside called uber eats and lost my mind to them they made me feel better but to make the story even WEIRDER the main woman came out to double check outside that no one was there. I'm still convinced in my own narrative that this place is a front and they're doing something horribly illicit in the back from how they were all acting, super sus hella weird and just giving me the weirdest and wrongest vibe I felt like I left the world and joined a farm where they all knew something I didn't AHHHHH

The guy at the window was either stoned or so out of it tonight. I repeated my order 4 times... it was super easy they were the same thing. I also ordered a bacon burger and paid 2-3$ extra just to not have bacon on it SMH. luckily my husband was nice and gave me his bacon
