I was excited when this Wendy's opened, because now something was on my way to work for breakfast besides just starbucks. Their egg and cheese breakfast sandwhich has no flavor, so I learned not to order that (the egg is completely white and sometimes grey looking - I blame the eggs used) but I like their potatoes and love their blueberry lemonade. The other day I came and they were out of my lemonade so I tried the carmel cold brew coffee. It was very yummy but teeny tiny. So I came back this morning to get my potatoes + a larger yummy carmel cold brew. When I ordered today I noticed a totally different order was on the screen, so I couldn't see my order (to know if it was correct or what the cost was). I was just told, pull to the window. When I was given my total, I paid cash. I was given the wrong change and no receipt. Also was given a coffee that tasted terrible. I guess it is not made consistently here - sometimes very sweet and sometimes horribly bitter. I asked the employee if she could please make it sweet like the one I had the day before, which she did. However, regarding my change, instead of giving me the proper amount, she just handed me another dollar back and a receipt saying I had only ordered coffee and not the potatoes. I let her know this receipt was not correct and could I have my correct receipt please. She gave me a new receipt showing I owed $8.60 (after I had already paid). So I still couldn't get an accurate receipt from her showing the cash I gave her and the correct change I was supposed to get back. If she hadn't already made me late for work I might have continued trying to get this sorted out. Whatever you do, don't pay with cash here! They can't count proper change and won't give you an accurate receipt so you can even see what your change is supposed to be. Although the employee didn't say anything rude, you could tell from her expression she thought I was being a being a big pain in the ass just for asking her to do the most basic functions of her job - be able to count change and give a recipt! These are things 16 year olds do at their very first jobs, and it should not be too much to ask. I know in the fast food industry, employees try to keep the line moving quickly by multi-tasking. Taking someone else's order while trying to count change back to the customer already sitting in front of you. If you can manage to do both at the same time, great. But if not, you shouldn't try to. In this case, it greatly showed the process down and made me late. It would be nice if when you ordered, your order was put on the screen so you can see if its correct, and see your total, and if the employee could give proper change and an accurate receipt at the window. The food is decent, but the staff leaves much to be desired. With fast food workers now starting at $20/hr here, you think they would give better training for a better customer experience. Disappointing.

So I've been to this location 4 times the first time they messed up my food. The second time they failed to put the condiments I asked for in my bag. the third time they again failed to put the condiments I asked for into my bag.I've now completed my fourth trip to Wendy's and this is the third time in a row. They have failed to put my condiments in my bag that I've asked for luckily for me. I know that this is a regular occurrence here so I double check now so I don't go home without my condiments that I asked for.

I know fast food has gotten pricy but $21 and change for a burger meal and a frosty? The service is fast and food is good but the mobile app is sketch if it does work at all and I have yet to benefit from any points or rewards after numerous visits since this location opened. I gave up and ordered analog on today's visit then got no receipt with my order. Not sure if there is a way to add points after the fact, but don't even have the option now. Perhaps they are embarrassed about their prices and would rather not give you a record. Also this way they never have to give you any future discounts. All of this and a bonus of napkin rationing. Got one single napkin with my order. The store is nice and clean and service is ok but this may be my last visit.

This location has made progress, and appears to be on the right track now. The food was fresh and hot with no errors to note. The staff was kind and the app appears to work with their system now. I have only used the drive thru, and most recently haven't had any issues. I appreciated the clear communication and how organized she was when presenting me with my items.

I've been here multiple times. Everyone is very nice. They have the fancy Coke machine with all the flavor options. I enjoy it! Never had a problem. Everything's been super fresh. Not sure what all the reviews are about. It's a fast food place. My junior bacon cheeseburgers have always been fantastic and you can't go wrong with a Frosty.

Ordered through DoorDash. One of my large fries did not come in the bag and the fry that I did get was missing half the fries! No wonder this place has such bad reviews!

Even after seeing 1star reviews i thought I'll try this location for FIRST TIME and in drive thru the worker said first was "just letting you know we have no fries or nuggets" in stead of "welcome to Wendy's can I take your order" How do you run out of food? Then waited in drive thru 25 min, manager needs to be fired or closed this damn place. Look I'm not blaming the kids working here it's not their fault it's management!

I can't stand adding to the complaints but some body should pay attention. I am a big fan of Dave's single just how they make it, especially since they have two slices of cheese. I ordered four Dave's singles after convincing my fam except all of the burgers were missing the second slice of cheese. HOW DO YOU GET YOUR NAMESAKE STANDARD ORDER WRONG FOUR TIMES?? The manager at this location has been nothing but rude EVERY single time we have visited. He never smiles, never thanks us for coming, it's like we are a complete burden to him. I have been complaining about this to my significant other for months, and we both experienced his attitude yet again today. His assistant manager is no better. If I knew of a way to contact corporate about this, I would certainly do so. If not for the food that is sometimes decent and the convenience of the location, I would never go here again, simply because of the terrible service. So sad for a new location.
