Wendy's

Excellent fast food and deals. Chicken nuggets were especially tasty. The orders came quick.

tl,dr: it's decent.Likes:+ Yummy food.+ Plenty of parking.+ The mobile app works well for this restaurant. I was able to order ahead to cut my wait time.+ Their parking lot has various entrances/exits. Makes for smooth traffic flow.+ Polite, helpful staff.+ Thankfully they open late enough for me to have a place to grab a quick bite omw home.Non-likes:- Slow service. Despite me placing the mobile order ahead, they still needed 5-10min after I arrived to complete my order.

What makes Wendy's hamburgers different from other brands' hamburgers is the fresh, square-shaped patty.In particular, Wendy's has Baked Potato and Chili, which are not usually found on other brands' menus, so it is nice to have variety in the menu.Also, French Fries do not get soggy quickly and remain crispy for a long time.

I do like Wendy's. See my review of the Santa Ana location on 17th between Tustin and Grand.This one. Well...I don't like piling on so I'll highlight the positive as much as I can. The food quality is fIne; they get the order right and the employees are working!

I ordered on the Wendy's app at 10:22 am. I was charged for the food and an $8.50 delivery fee. It is now 11:41 and my food hasn't arrived. I called the store. The first person I talked to was not able to understand me. The second person said they had nothing to do with the app and she couldn't help me. She said I needed to call or email the company I ordered from. I ORDERED FROM WENDY'S!!! She was not willing to help me in any way. I paid for the food, and I paid for the delivery fee. I received nothing. DO NOT USE THE WENDY'S DELIVERY SERVICE. You will be charged without getting your food.

Got the new Krabby patty meal from sponge bob and it is great but it's just a normal burger with a burger patty at the bottom.Fast service but pricy

We ordered online via mobile app. One of our orders took 1.5 hours and they forgot the second and never refunded us or apologized. This is an absolute scam of a place. Do not come here, the food is disgusting

Ordered drive through and when I got my food I didn't get any utensils, no straw, no sauce. Usually this place is great but with five kids for carpool this wasn't ideal.

Highly disappointed. Went to this Wendy's last week and ordered my usual. It was a double double with everything. Opened it and thought I had been to McDonald's ! The meat was smaller than the bun. It used to be hanging outside and square. I wouldn't mind paying more for a better product. Used to be pleasurable

Incompetent cashier. Couldn't ring up a debit card. Manager couldn't figure it out either. Ended up walking out after they both couldn't figure it out. Maybe train your employers more? Wendy's you've lost a customer for life. Pathetic service.
