I love love love this place.!! (Pros & Cons)+Their smoothies and teas are amazing. +They taste like a fast food smoothie only tilt doesnt give you a stomach ache or a bad feeling. +if you get the combo, it's a meal replacement.+It helps with your immunity, collagen, and the drinks can even have energy shots. +I have paid a lot of money ahead of time so I can drink here right away and i love it. I want them more often! -If you have an Android theres difficulty ordering ahead of time....every time I try the app doesnt work. Not amazon friendly.-They close too early (5pm weekdays) and on Saturdays they even close...and theres no hope for Sundays ..they are completely closed. -The worst thing is that when you calll... the owner answers...SOOO you cant order over the phone...I miss many days because I have to drive a ways just to get there and I cant order over the phone (nor online)...what a bummer bc I love this place when I am able to have it!!I wish they had more locations, but I will leave with a Pro (+), the customer service is amazing in person. They are all so friendly and polite.

Drove 15 minutes because it says they are open on Google until 4pm only to get there at 2:32 and for the shop to be closed.

Update 02/07/2024The business owner responded to my review, apologizing for the customer service that was not up to par. Trina, can you imagine yourself in this case and tell me how it felt to enter the establishment without being acknowledged, even when ordering? My order was initiated by myself, and your staff didn't even speak a word once my tea and shake were placed on the counter. Can you provide me with an explanation of how that was up to par? By disregarding the customers? At the other location, I am able to obtain the same products and from the same manufacturer and better customer service and all for the price of $13 without having to pay any extra fees to use my debit card. We usually visit wellness works after the gym to get some protein shakes. So far the ones with have tasted have been really yummy and the person attending us has been very nice. It's really quiet and tranquil in there and they have different types of seating for you to choose from would definitely recommend and will return in the future
