I would like to let anyone that is considering going to the watering Hole that i Had my moms 87 birthday dinner there last Saturday for 13 people and the experience was amazing great food great service . My mom wants to have next years birthday dinner there again . Thanks to all the staff for making my mom's night magical . All the Best Marc Franz

Seems like new management? So nice and friendly and- pizza was deliciius and hot- loaded with goodies and I ordered extra pepperoni and got it !!! Yay- I'll be back

This past Saturday, we were the only couple in the restaurant the entire time we dined. There were many unbussed tables as well as places with dirty glasses at the bar. The manager was eating with an employee at the table next to ours. He stated, "the server will be with you" and continued to eat.The food was good; our server was friendly and attentive. We paid the bill and my husband took our receipt, but apparently forgot to also take his credit card.On Sunday (SuperBowl) we returned to the restaurant (no one was there at noon), and then returned at 2:30 when we spoke in person to the same manager who was on duty on Saturday evening. His response to helping to retrieve the credit card was, "I don't know about that, you will have to come back when the server is working. I don't know where he would have put the card." We left our phone number so the manager could call us...we got no call.Needless to say, we contacted our Visa representatives.To say this type of service is below the standards of Nellie Gail is an understatement. Take care of your patrons as it appears that there is not a lot of us utilizing your restaurant.

I am not one to write reviews, however after my alarming experience here I am inclined to warn others of the terrible thing I witnessed. I came for an event that was being hosted in the restaurant area. Upon check in, Sandy, the front desk associate, was harassing a gentleman about his disability. She was screaming over the desk, telling him to call his attorney when he asked to speak to her manager. It made my whole experience uncomfortable and I would not recommend checking in with Sandy. Don't come here unless you would like to be discriminated against... I have never seen anybody working a service job dare someone disabled to call their attorney... but yesterday I can say I checked that box. Hopefully when/if you find yourself wanting to come here someone pleasant will help you out because she was not it. Once inside the bartenders are nice and the drinks are cheap, the restaurant is clean and the food is good. But the behavior that unfolded in front of me by Sandy at the front desk was vile and that made the food taste not as good.

The food is "mostly " consistently good. I think it depends on the day you go and the chef who is there. I love the roasted salmon when it's served with a bur blanc sauce with capers and lemon. I was there this evening on a Monday night and the same salmon plate tasted totally different.... no lemon, no buere blanc and no capers ....kinda boring with not enough seasoning. Tasted totally different different and not as tasty. Husband ordered the Smashburger and was not told that fries were not available when he ordered and it was actually served with breakfast potatoes?? Totally not the same as fries, which they said they didn't have, after the plate was placed in front of him. Staff is very friendly but the restaurant needs consistency.... if I go back for a special dish that I loved before and it's totally different, thats not good. Just sayin. I pay monthly for a swim membership that allows me to eat at the watering hole. I enjoy coming here and I also enjoy swimming here, but the watering hole needs to become consistent and each chef should prepare the meals the same as every day. Specials are a good thing, but the day-to-day staples on the menu need to remain the same.
