If you're looking for a special treat and you're in the mood for something chic with delicious choices, then you gotta come here to Warehouse 72! We knew we were going to be in the Irvine area around Valentines Weekend and Tik Tok suggested we try this place! On short notice, we were able to grab a seating at 6:00pm and this place was hopping with very well dressed guests having a grand old time! Alex was our server and he was quite knowledgeable of the dishes and had some wonderful recommendations that we were lucky enough to have followed. We were hungry and adventurous but since it was Valentine's weekend, they offered a special menu that seemed to have everything we wanted with a wine pairing of 3 courses. Of all the items we tried and loved, a few items really stuck out! You MUST order these!1. Kushi Oysters-Beautifully presented & oh so delicious! 2. Little Gem Salad-Fresh & Delicious3. Hamachi Crudo-Very Flavorful4. Spanish Octopus-Order this to experience ultimate "Boss Level" taste!5. Wild Mushroom Risotto-Cooked to Perfection!6. RR Ranch Eye Ribeye-Yummy & Tied Everything Together! 7. Pacific Striped Bass- So soft and yes, order the lobster tail add on! 8. Chocolate Napolean-Nothing else will do!Alex was a great server. He was quick, efficient and very attentive. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Francisco who made sure our evening was perfect....and it was! He really made a difference of making us feel VIP! We will definitely be coming back here again next year when we're back in Irvine and will look for Alex and Manager Francisco again! See you here!

Warehouse 72 is located on the first floor of the The Hyatt Regency in Irvine. They have validated parking at the self-parking lot nearby. We came here for their Valentine's Day pre-fixe meal and made reservations ahead of time. The kushi oyster was just a single oyster portion, and the hamachi crudo had just two pieces. The ricotta gnudi dumplings were forgettable and the ribeye was just okay. The big issue was that the food just took way too long and the portions and flavors were nowhere near close to make up for it. You know it's bad when the adjacent table that gets seated 20 minutes after you ends up two courses ahead of you. When you have to tell your guests their food is coming in 6 minutes after having already waited 30 minutes, it's just not a good look. To make up for that time they brought the desserts out when we were having our entrees which showed how messy it was. Fortunately (or unfortunately), part of me was happy about that so we could hurry and leave sooner. Even for the cocktails I could tell they were inconsistent. I ordered two old fashioneds and the two cocktails were very different in spirit-forward levels, and one of them had a maraschino cherry on top whereas the other didn't.We couldn't wait to get out of here that we didn't even finish dessert and were still hungry when we left.

Came here to celebrate Valentine's Day. The ambiance needs a lot of work. It feels like you're in the hotel lobby without any enclosures. Dim the lights a bit. Get some new furniture so it doesn't feel so corporate. The video board is fun, but feels a bit gimmicky. Food and service were both solid. Tried the scallops, half chicken, and lobster bisque. Nothing mind blowing, but everything was cooked well. No regrets, but don't think we'll be back.

Was here on a Monday for happy hour and it did not disappoint. HH was from 4-7pm and we ordered everything off their menu since everything sounded good. My faves were the cheeseburger and the hummus but everything else was also good. Great price and portion for a HH menu and we were all pleasantly surprised.

We wanted to celebrate the birthday of our wives and figured out that this spot was a must try. First things first, parking. Parking can be pretty confusing so make sure you're paying attention to the signs. When in doubt, park with the Hyatt Regency and make sure it's not the back parking structure. Now for the interior, very well put together restaurant given the size. Massive screen in the background to give a special type of ambience that wasn't extremely upscale classy but definitely a finer dining restaurant. The food was so good! We opened with the mozzarella and the charred octopus. Both delicious but the mozzarella is to die for. My main was the lamb chops. A little on the smaller side but cooked to perfection. My wife had the Chilean sea bass which was good enough to make you cryyyyyy. The brussel sprouts were flash fried and perfectly cooked. Definitely the choice to have over the brocollini. The service was great. Always had a Diet Coke on hand and enough water. Everyone was super nice. You won't be disappointed whether it's bringing a special someone for a special meal or ordering during happy hour at the bar. Fantastic spot.

This is my go to spot after work always! You cannot go wrong with this bar/restaurant. The service is always quick and friendly, the food and drinks are always on point, and the vibes here are PHENOMENAL. I love the shrimp tacos and also the hummus when I want something on the lighter side. The ingredients taste fresh and definitely made with love. (Even when it's to go!)The bartenders really know what they're doing because the drinks always come out perfectly as well. I adore Jason, Aryanne, Josue, Luis, Elana, the Brians, just the whole gang. They're rockstars. In short, food...service...ambience 10/10HIGHLY RECOMMEND. P.s. if you're frugal like me and don't want to valet, go to self parking at the Hyatt, Warehouse will validate up to 3 hours of your experience.

This restaurant is inside the Hyatt hotel. You can park in the hotel parking and get validated or you can pay for valet. The ambiance is chic, with spaced out tables and a huge screen playing different images. Service was friendly. In terms of the food, the menu is pretty pricy. We got the arancini and octopus as starters and there were 7 balls of small risotto with truffle flavor and octopus with potatoes. The octopus was what I would recommend. The entrees all sounded good. I got the jidori chicken which was actually generously sized however my husband's Chilean sea bass was pretty small despite the $46 price tag. The lamb chops also seemed to be a skimpy portion and the scallop risotto only comes with 3 scallops. Overall the food was decent but my husband and I were still hungry when we left. Tldr: cool ambiance but food is too expensive for portion sizes.

I came here with friends for NYE dinner. That evening there was a pre-fixe menu with four courses for $72. The restaurant is located inside of the Hyatt Regency hotel so if you valet with the hotel you'll have to pay to park or you can get validated parking. There is a large outdoor patio area with a huge TV/display that looks like a fun to hang out. The inside also has a very large display in the main dining area that shows various scenic areas and art. It's a very beautiful space and looks high end. We had a big party with 15 people and we were seated at a large table by the artsy display. We had the largest party but the restaurant wasn't super packed. The staff was very busy so service was on the slower side but nothing unreasonable. I ordered The Lagoon for my cocktail. It's a gorgeous blue color and dangerously delicious. After our drink orders were taken we were served an amuse-bouche of scallops that was refreshing and had a good balance of flavor and texture. I was looking forward to the rest of the meal as the amuse -bouche and my drink were both excellent. I got prosciutto and fig on toast for the starter. It sounds better than it tasted but I can't quite put my finger on why. Next, I had the lobster bisque. It's been several years since I've had lobster bisque so I was excited to have it. The soup was good but unlike any lobster bisque I've had before. It was creamy and a bit spicy which I really enjoyed. The main course was pasta with short ribs. I was debating between this, quail, or the lamb. I ended up going with this dish and it was good but nothing to lose your mind about. Lastly, I selected peppermint cheesecake as my dessert and while I'm a huge sweets person, this was too sweet for my taste. I would go back for happy hour or to try their brunch menu but likely wouldn't try another pre-fixe menu.

Great customer very delicious food. Everything is very fresh and tastes authentic. All staff is very nice and prompt with communication. Very rarely do you find that in the restaurant business! This place defines what a great experience at a restaurant should be like!10/10 suggestion if you are in the area.
