This place was great, I ordered my food and it was done before I filled up my drink, and the cashier was very nice. The area is a little bad, the car next to me was beat up and smelled like smoke, but like the bad kind.Anyways, the workers were polite and I got my food and left. The people driving went from good to bad pretty quickly, some old lady almost hit my car but I backed out before she had the chance to mistaken the brake for the gas.The inside is much better than before (minus the second restroom being closed) but very few customers were here. The restroom was taken care of, nothing filthy, just a typical restroom.It's actually nice to have a drive thru, just because orders don't take very long and most customers know what they're getting. But I ordered in the store, just took my stuff to a park and enjoyed it.This area used to be a Omega Burger place, they're not bad businesses but they get created new bad areas. It's just low income, so don't judge it too harshly, you get a few oddball customers (meaning, they're not buying food) and the parking structure could be better.Overall a good place, if you know the menu just order drive thru, if you don't know the menu go inside and the workers are nice. The inside is clean, but I don't trust this area to leave your car unattended, it's why I let to eat.I thought the food was worth it, but the gyozas are tiny (they're bigger across the street at Yoshinoya) but they were fine. I trust this place more, and everything seems to be cooked right.

For readers/viewers, please excuse my vulgarity and transparency but I felt I have to be to explain why I gave the rating I did.Upon my arrival, I stood in line in front for almost 10min w/o someone acknowledging me. I watched the women working take orders through drive thru, online but never once said anything. I watched the girls in the look at me but again never said anything to me. At first I thought it was and maybe I stood in wrong place but the girl asked me if anyone had helped me already. I told her "No," and she apologized that no one did. After I ordered I needed to use the restroom. I went to the bathroom and had to do a bowel movement. As I was in the middle of it a guy randomly walked in on me. Apparently the lock/code doesn't work so my privacy got violated. To add injury to insult, there WAS NOT any toilet paper in the restroom or paper towels so I was not able to properly wipe and clean myself.I was not able to enjoy my lunch with my wife and I will definitely reporting the restaurant. They need to get new employees and make sure the restaurant/establishment is properly functioning, maintenance and stocked. I WILL BE ESCALATING.

We ordered from WaBa Grill via Uber Eats, and overall, the experience was decent but had a few hiccups.I ordered the Spicy Chicken Brown Rice Bowl, and it was great--flavorful, and the portion size was solid. However, I requested green onions on the side, and unfortunately, they forgot to include them. Not a huge deal, but it would have added a nice touch to the bowl.The other order, a Chicken and Veggies Bowl, was less satisfying. It came without any sauce, making it pretty dry. I get that some people might not want sauce, but it really should be included on the side by default. Without it, the bowl was lacking in flavor and moisture.All in all, the food was tasty where it counted, but attention to detail was lacking. I'd consider ordering again, but I'd be extra clear about the sides and sauces next time.

Love waba grill the food is always good but this location skimps on meat every time. It's just frustrating to pay full price and get a quarter of the protein you thought you were supposed to get.

Their 2.99 deal is a effing rip. Such an "upgrade" for a measly salad and a piece of "fruit." Disappointing - it was advertised as if such a big portion or value too. Shitty value in a shitty economy. Oh well.Look at my pic for that skimpy ass 2.99 deal with the salad and slice of fruit. You'd think they'd include the veggies from tier two too, but apparently not. WaBa, do better, please.

I give This place a negative if I can due to cashier Deborah doesn't like her job because I always come here like almost everyday and I ask for the same order every time I always go thru drive because I'm always on the go so it's very convenient for me to go thru drive thru I ordered today and I asked for 2 cups on the side of the siracha sauce they have inside the restaurant and she is just is so lazy to do her job and told me to come inside if I would like some like I clearly go thru the drive thru because I'm always on the go like I said unlike another worker that sometimes attends me and she even offered saying if I want siracha to always order it on the speaker so they can put it for me she should go look for another job where she's going to be sitting all day because clearly she can't just throw me some sauces in the cup that takes about like less then 20 seconds very bad customer service of her part to be honest the manager should speak to her about that's why you guys have a drive thru because people get the choice to choose from getting off and placing your order inside or going thru drive for a more convenient experience I've worked at fast food places and our priorities always to satisfy the customer and she clearly can't do her job right when I'm only asking for siracha cup sauces that I like to eat with my meal because that's the only sauce I like other than the waba sauce those are my top 2 I eat with my meal and that's why I come to waba grill like everyday and she refuses to give me some like cmon you'd be upset too!'

Lately have been noticing the total price increasing despite ordering the same thing every time. Today my total came out to $40 and I was very much confused why it was so much for just two steak bowls w avocado and drinks. I inspected the receipt and noticed I was getting charged $10 for 2 sides of avocado when the sign clearly says $2.50. I brought it up to the attention of the cashier who helped me but she wasn't aware of processing a refund. There wasn't any manager or lead, or anyone trained who could help with the situation so definitely felt off putting and like I was getting scammed. I also have friends and coworkers who are also confused about the price differences.
