The chicken was delicious nice and tender. The people were kind and greeting. Eating area was clean and so were the restroom's.

I rarely come here and don't know the menu. Ordered something and then said just no cabbage. Was told it's too late because I didn't order veggies. People are rude. Okay whatever. Then got iced tea and they have no sugar. Asked and was told they don't have any. Can you check or?

Came over here as Ono closed early. Ordered two beef bowls which was around 27.00 dollars. Which is outrageous. Between the meat and the sauce it was just way too salty. It was completely inedible. Complete waste of money!

Truly disappointed! My son and I have been eating Waba grill more often, this week we went twice. However, we placed our order and got our food. My son realized his order was incorrect, they gave him chicken instead of beef. The gal who was behind the register told the cooks it was beef. Apparently the gal charged us for chicken so that is fine but what I disliked was the cook giving us unpleasant looks and told the gal to charge us for beef. I did pay the difference ($1) and got the food. Come to realize the cook didn't even chop the beef into pieces as it should be, not cool. Instead, my son and I will be heading to Flame Broiler moving forward. I hope other customers do not go through the same experience we did.

The chicken is always delicious at this location, but the rice is hit or miss. Sometimes it's hard and sometimes it's perfect. Tbh the reason I order from this location is bc of whoever is pickling the jalapeños and carrots. They're always perfect!! I've had them at other locations and they're not crunchy and don't taste pickled at all.

I always come here, so it's sad for me to say... I found a roach on the cardboard cup holder. Management needs to keep this place clean!

We stopped by here on our lunch meeting a few weeks ago. I got the Chicken and rice bowl with lots of veggies in them. Its a combo between fast food Asian combos of meats and veggies. I thought the food was ok, Not bland or anything like that. Customer Service was good. Id be willing to try again

So there are a bunch of Waba grills in my area. About 5 within driving distance. This is a fairly new one. Very clean and bright inside. That's why I wanted to start coming here......BUTSo I ordered my usual chicken bowl with white rice and onions. Simple but good. Well. Chicken was good. But rice was hard. Like 'been sitting there for a while' hard. Not soft or moist like white rice should be. Ordered the new pork dumplings. As I love those. Well they came out a bit charred. Come on. These are the easiest to cook. How do u burn dumplings? So I guess I will go back to other warner location. See if they can cook my lunch correctly. And I so wanted to like this place.

I did a phone order to this location a worm came out in my bowl! Seems like a maggot. Called the location to let them know. A young lady answered first. At first she was listening but then began to seem like she didn't believe what we found because she kept questioning us and she let us know she couldn't do anything. We asked for management she said no management was available. Asked who was the person in charge at the moment and passed us a male very RUDE! He kept saying that wasn't true they know what they are doing if we are saying the truth to take it in! Processed to tell us it wasn't true because this location was a corporate location like if that had to do with anything that happened. We asked if he was the manager denied to answer asked for his first name denied to answer said he didn't have to provide his name. I let him know we will be putting this on YELP told me to put it where ever I want he doesn't care what we do with the information asked for his name again said no bye I don't care what you do and clicked. So know I am here posting this. The call was at 12:11pm on Jan 16. 2024 when we called about the incident. Hope management can review the cameras and see who was that rude employee. Hope the employee is content with this picture and this review since he told us to do what ever we want with the information. Please have better mannered employees Waba Grill.
