This review is just for the good at WaBa. I ordered for the first time recently. I had the Mixed Taco Trio (steak, chicken, shrimp) and onmygosh! Each one was delicious. My favorite was the steak. Their sauces are also delicious. Mix it up. I also ordered the Dumplings with their extra sweet chili dipping sauce. So good. It took me a few days to finish everything. The food arrived hot and yummy!! Thank you, WaBa??

Im not one to complain but I feel humiliated won't be going here any more . Here is what happened and by the way I love waba grill I really do , i came to find out i work near this location . So I ordered my go to which is a chicken bowl and when I went to go ask the lady for a second sauce she gave me the rudest look and said only 2 per customer . I said I get it you I see your sign but you only gave me 1 in my bag can I get the second one . I felt like I had to beg for the second sauce or as if I was asking for a free chicken bowl . So I said to myself Hey you know what maybe she's having a bad day and ignored it . Well I tried this place 2 more times and all 3 times that I ask for the second sauce she is really rude , it's like im begging for free food ... I will not be going here again , this place needs to work on the their customer service . I have been to waba grills all over Orange County and never have felt like I have to beg for 1 more packet of sauce I felt humiliated all 3 times.

This was my first time trying Waba Grill! Did you hear? They just released Boom Boom Tacos and I'm all for it. I got the trio with Chicken, Steak and Jumbo Shrimp and they were all delicious but the shrimp was my favorite! I also paired the tacos with a few rice bowls.It's a great combo and I'm happy to see this on their menu. I don't normally like Teriyaki sauce but the teriyaki sauce here is delicious. Their rice is perfectly cooked. The meats are perfectly seasoned. You can also ask for extra sauces.This one is located in a big shopping plaza with a free parking lot. Service is friendly. There is inside and outside seating. Inside is casual yet modern. I think price is reasonable for the amount of food you get.

I just ordered lunch from here and to my surprise, they were serving plant based Steak! Was going to order the salmon, however, plant based ALWAYS so I went ahead and ordered their version of the steak and I'm glad I did because it was Y-U-M-M-Y! Haven't been eating meat for awhile, so this was definitely a treat. It had the right texture, chewiness, tenderness (DELICIOUS!) I don't think I would have spent an extra $2.99 for their plate though, because on the menu it says "more" protein, salad, and fruit. I was expecting a little more salad and fruit than what was handed to me. I received a half of an orange and a half hand scoop of salad (for $2.99...come on!) and I feel like if I stuffed all this rice and protein in a bowl, it would fit. They should really fill the entire container up like they do in Chinese To-Go places. My plate ended up totaling $15-ish dollars which doesn't add up to the amount of food you get so yeah, next time - settle for a bowl. Haha! Would definitely come back here again for the plant based steak, but ordering a bowl next time. Service was quick and the ambiance was quiet and reserved. Contemplated what to rate this place. My wife said a 3.8 and I said anywhere between a 3-4. I want to say the lady that works there is super and allowed me to see plates from online orders before purchasing. The food is just ok and something my wife and I could make as a pre or post workout. I had a $5 off $25 order coupon which made me go but other than that, I dont think the price of paying $33-35 would've been worth it. We did order dumplings and they were good. I would def recommend adding the waba sauce to the food to enhance the taste/flavor. We have another coupon for a bowl 1 get 1 free chicken bowl that expires next week but to be honest, we may not be going back to this spot. We probably look for another spot with similar type of dishes.

I'm actually mad you have to pay 30 cents extra for wanna sauce packet and stingy ass helll got a regular chicken bowl I kid you not like 8 pieces of BITTTTTSSS OF SHRDDED CHICKEN! I asked for green onions and like 5 onions also Barely any rice! Flat out a joke ! I love wabba grill but this one is just flat out stingy or just don't care how much food you get or you're order !

I have ordered from this WaBa Grill location multiple times, and I have consistently had unpleasant experiences with the lady at the cash register. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service.Whenever I ask for extra WaBa sauce or hot sauce, she makes it seem like I am asking for her first child. Most other WaBa Grill locations provide these sauces without hesitation. Today was the final straw. When I asked for extra sauce, she practically through it at me. I said thank you, but she ignored me and walked away. I repeated my thanks louder, yet she still did not respond.There are many other dining options nearby, and I would strongly recommend choosing another place to eat. Stay away from this location.
