The beef jerky and other sweet dehydrated products are just mediocre. The ladies at this business establishment is extremely RUDE, piss poor obnoxious, and the environment gives you the vibe of hustlers. I asked for a 1/4 pound and the ridiculous lady puts in a whole pound then had the audacity to ask if that's enough. When I got around to the dehydrated coconut the lady didn't want to give me a sample. She stood there guarding the batch like a child. They definitely are asking their customers NOT to return. I will not be back here.

The beef jerky I bought was stale and had an odor. They might not put it inside the refrigerator at night. I threw it away. I don't know how long they kept inside the box. L

I would give this rude ass place a zero star but whatever. These women are the most rude and obnoxious ladies ever. They stand around and gossip and judge those who walk by. I ignored their ignorance and wanted to by some snacks for my wife while she was waiting at check out in the super market. I asked the employee to sample a beef jerky and she smirked and said no, (you are not going buy so I no let you sample). What the heck? Did I hear wrong? So I asked her to repeat herself and this bitch said it once again.... My family and I will never come back here again.

Okay this place is okay... The snacks are great - my favorite is the fruit flavored beef jerky ($20.00/lb). When you first enter the store, you're immediately greeted and offered a sample cup of tea. It helps if you already know what you want, otherwise you'll find yourself bombarded with samples. It's okay to say no/refuse the samples (politely). It'll sorta give you the upper hand in things. I knew exactly what I wanted (the beef jerky type above) and asked for it right away. Don't allow yourself to wander or linger - or you'll be sucked into their sales tactics. While all the attention may be considered in some places, great customer service - in this particular store (or any of their chain sister stores) - it's their high-pressure sales tactics. It's okay to be adamant about the WEIGHT of your purchase as well - since this store sells its products based on weight. At the same time, for some products, like beef jerky - be understanding that there's no way they can make something EXACTLY one pound - it'll either be more or less. The snacks themselves are great quality. The beef jerky may cost a bit more than store brought brands (@$20.00 a pound), but its juicy, tender and fairly addictive. Parking is shared with the rest of the Thuan Phat Supermarket complex, and you can enter from the supermarket side or street side. Unlike other Asian places, this store DOES accept credit card.

This is a chain of stores specializing in selling beef jerky. The name of the store is translated into "Beef Jerky King". They have all kinds of beef jerky to choose from. If you're a big jerky fan this is a place to check out. I realize that it's a little difficult to check out places like this if you can't read the name of the store. I feel the same way when I'm driving through areas where there are only symbols instead of English. Hopefully this is where yelp can fill in the gaps :-) The young ladies at the store are very friendly and are helpful. They're more than happy to let you taste a sample of anything you're interested in buying. In general the jerky is pretty good. Sometimes there's a batch that may miss the mark. So make sure you taste the sample before purchasing. Food = good Shopping area = clean Service = friendly

Two things: 1) The salespeople are very pushy. I went in for beef jerky and they tried to push a bunch of other products on me, which was annoying. Then, when I ask for 1 lb of something, they would load up the bag to weigh 1.5 lbs or more! 2) The quality of the jerky is awful. Chewy & gristly & inedible. Will not return.

Pushy like a pu**y. I ask for 1 lb of jerky and they try to push me to buy 1.5 or 2 lbs. Despite i said no and tell her to stop when the scale reads 1 lb, the woman keeps putting more jerky to the bag behind my back and i caught it in action. When check out, it happens to be 1.6 lbs and she keeps pushing me to buy the whole thing but i said i just wanted 1 lb and i stopped her when its 1 lb. Finally, she agrees to take out the extra jerky after I decide to leave because of this fking service.Do not buy from here!!!

This is a correct location I suppose to Yelp. Since I don't familiar with Garden Grove I was Yelp at a wrong location. Expensive snack food and intimidate sale people. and unfriendly customer service.

I was very scared going into this store due to all the comments. So, I decided to get 1/2 lbs thinking maybe they will overstuff it to 1lbs which I would be ok with. Two ladies immediately walked up to me and asked me what I wanted. She got the bag and started adding the jerky, at first I told her I thought she was putting in too much, but the other lady said no, that's still about 1/2 lbs. No hassling, no trying to get me to buy more, I was so glad I walked out of there with what I wanted. I got 4 different jerkys at about 1/2 lbs each. Biggest one was 0.66 and she asked me if that was okay before she sealed it. I cannot speak on taste as it was a gift for someone.
