Been here a couple of times and the staff is always super friendly and a plus -I'm able to get some work done in a chill , quiet and clean environment.

Cutest little café in Newport! It's a bit difficult to find but if you walk up the stairs, you'll be greeted with the cutest shop. I ordered the iced matcha latte which is sweetened with agave and my friend ordered the same but with berry foam. The berry foam is a must, I highly recommend it! Their matcha is good and isn't overly sweet or artificial. They also have an array of fun deals that I look forward to taking advantage of soon! ($4 Matcha Mondays and much more)

Excellent drinks, food, and service! I got the cold berry foam matcha and the pesto chicken press sandwich with an arugula salad. Everything was fresh and delicious! The service was also fast and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. This is a great spot for working, studying, catching up with a friend, and enjoying their drinks/food. There is plenty of free parking as well! Highly recommend visiting Vivre!

The sandwiches are very fresh & the perfect size. Our drinks were hot & served to us on a bamboo tray. The menu is very small (3 sandwich options for lunch & 3 options for breakfast). Breakfast is served until 10:30 with avocado toast & fresh bread with homemade jam on their menu- both of which I'd love to try. The guys running the show are very friendly & made sure we enjoyed our meal. We'll be back & recommend you try this new spot

My new favorite to go place in Newport Beach!!! This new establishment is right above Sol Grill on PCH, great lighting and views with all the beautiful windows. You walk in and immediately feel comfortable by the three great owners, Alex, Miguel and Randy! These guys are doing a great job with building an atmosphere that everyone can love.They have worked hard to build the menu for incredible drinks and food, it's all up from here! The raclette cheese is a must try and any coffee from their fancy lever machine. My favorite drinks are vanilla latte and the matcha! Not to mention they have great cocktails and an amazing wine list. I suggest coming to try their quality, speaks for itself!!!!

the prosciutto sandwich was incredible i definitely will be coming back for it. my friend got the caprese sandwich she loved it. it comes with chips and there was some type of aioli dip with them which was super good. i swapped out my chips for salad and it was $2 extra which i think shouldn't have been because it was just a tiny portion of arugula with a little bit of sliced tomatoes and balsamic (the chip portion was bigger) i got the lavender latte with almond milk and it was a bit bitter so next time i think i would add a pump of vanilla because one of my favorite coffee shops does that with there lavender latte's. service was very fast which i appreciated and the employees were so sweet. the place was really cute as well. i definitely will be back to try the coffee again.

Great hidden gem right on PCH. Great food, great vibes, great service & the BEST dirty chai I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

They deserve all the stars from the moment you walk in, and you're greeted, you feel welcome. Fabulous customer service and the coffee was amazing. It's such a great find, and the seating is perfect to enjoy and read.
